I hired this company for an initial inspection of the septic system because their prices were lower than other companies. However, after the issues a failure certificate for the septic system, their charges to make repairs were almost double those of other companies. And they recommended repairs that were not necessary, increasing the price. I brought in two other contractors in the region to offer estimates of what work needed to be done. Both were significantly lower in price and did not pad the bill. I ended up getting the work done by another company and the septic system passed the county's inspection.

Inspection and pumping went well. The tech told me that I needed to replace all three floats. Got a 2nd opinion and was told that the floats were working properly. Been almost two years and they are still functioning properly.

Per my request, the Great Falls Septic (GFS) driver called ahead of time to say that they were on the way and actually arrived earlier that expected. Jordan and Mark (his assistant) quickly found the access cap and proceeded to do "the deed". They were efficient, professional and friendly with doing the job! Will use them again in five (5) years and hopefully not sooner but if an unforeseen problem(s) develops know that they will be there!! BLUF - Excellent Service!!!

I had them a couple of times and they are fantastic.
Once before I called them out here and they come out and they said oh you just need just little bit of stuff done and you know what we are not going to charge you for this.
I have recommend them to others actually.

We called a few Septic Operators in the area to schedule annual inspection. Great Falls responded promptly. Josha (aka Bob) and his assistant Tom came a bit late as scheduled but they called when they were on their way to inform us. They checked the system components and cleaned the filter very well. They replaced an aged floater and corrected the wrong sensor circuit wiring previously installed by another operator. They also educated us about the system. We greatly appreciate their responsiveness and professionalism. This is a company we can trust. We will hire them again.
