Miller Ace Hardware

My stove was installed late 2014, a few weeks later we had some issues and found that our installer is out of bushiness. I called Harman customer service which directed me to Miller Ace Hardware as the dealer in my area. I called then and asked for a warranty service (my stove was still under a year old with parts and labor covered) to address the issues. They sent out a very nice man that knew nothing about fixing a stove and could only clean it. So we had a very clean stove, issues not resolved. Then, they billed me for the "cleaning service". I explained this was supposed to be a warranty service call to no avail. eventually they listened and stopped sending me bills. This year I thought i would try to give them a chance to redeem themselves and called them to bid on a vent move in my house for the very same stove. they came out for site survey and promised an estimate in a few days. i haven't heard back for weeks,called multiple time, etc. Then today, almost two months after the site survey, i call and they say: sorry, we don't want to bid because you are listed a none paying customer. We wanted to tell you a few weeks ago and forgot... you be the judge of this when calling these guys for service.

Great place to go for hardware items. The customer service is always top notch, and there are plenty of customer service reps available. They service most lawn care items at a reasonable price. If you have to order a part, it usually takes less than a week for the order to get to the store. I have used their products, and services since moving into the area in 2009. You just don't get service like Miller's from the big chain stores, or Walmart. They stand behind their products, and services.
