I paid cash for the tires that I purchased and installed with them. She explained to me that it would be $445.45, but that I would receive a rebate from Cooper Tires (reference) after the purchase. When I looked at the receipt the manager had printed, it was printed at $60 less ($386.64) than what I actually paid and I did not recognize this until I had left. I am now under the impression that she pocketed the extra $60 that I paid, and I never received the rebate she outlined. I did not contact them, but I feel this should be on their record for others to reference. I have utilized their services in the past on a regular basis and I commend them as a company, but this experience in particular left a bad taste in my mouth.

Hershey Tire is the best repair shop we've ever used. The name may  mislead you because they do much more than just tires. We owned a Saturn LS that gave up the ghost at 325,000 miles. The wonderful people at HT took care of the car for the last 200k miles. We found them to be honest and of the highest integrity. We also found their prices to be reasonable and their service to be effective. We can't say enough good about Hershey Tire!

Hershey Tire is the most trustworthy, honest, and affordable car care company I've experienced. They are very friendly and give hometown service. We had a 2000 Saturn with an odometer reading of nearly 314,000. Hershey maintained and repaired our car expertly and accurately for the last 200,000 miles. Astonishingly, when the Saturn died for the final time, it was right in front of Hershey Tire (we were on our way home after running errands). Hershey let us leave the Saturn on their lot while we arranged and waited for NPR to tow the car away. We've purchased a "new" car and Hershey is the only repair shop we will use.

Earlier trips have been for tire replacements, and of note, they did not replace some tires because the wear did not justify it. The same occurred with a major tune-up of an older SUV; some work that was needed they did - but when it wasn't needed, they did not do it.

Everything went great! From the nice ladies in the office to the mechanics who actually took me back to the car to see the problem for myself, I was pleased about my service.

I've been taking our cars to Hershey's for a few years now, I've always been very happy with their customer service and quality.  They do seem to get overwhelmed at times with the volume of work, but I guess that's because they have a loyal customer base that provides them no shortage of work.  They do a good job.
The reason I gave a B for quality is that the upper radiator hose clamp was installed such that the hood prop rod couldn't clamp into its holder without me moving the hose clamp slightly.  A minor detail but one I would have expected the mechanic to take care of.

They are excellent people, very professional and it was a wonderful experience. They have me as a customer for life. They are honest and do everything for the customer that they can possibly do.

They are a local, family owned business.  They also do minor repairs and they do really good work.  They tell me when I will get my car back and I get it back on that day, and that is nice.

After getting several quotes on highly rated tires all season tires for my wifes's car (she drives 110 mile round trip to work each day) Hershey's had the best price of the four places contacted for Michelin Harmony tires for her 2003 Toyota Corolla. They were able to provide installation the same day, the owner spoke to me personally and seems honest, and the service was completed within the time frame mentioned. They also will balance the tires for free at the first rotation. In terms of tires only, I would give them five stars: price, professionalism, honesty, service..Why four stars rather than five? I got a quote from the for a muffler installation for my 2005 Hyundai Elantra, for which they quoted 212.00 parts and labor. A muffler place (Clark's) in Lexington, VA did the job with original equipment for 135.00 installed. So I cannot say they are competitive for non-tire related work.
