He's very friendly and really went over the different options very thoroughly. He was patient with my indecisiveness. They would get back with me quickly. I had to put the project on hold for a while and they were patient and kept the estimate at the original price.

ZTA owners were working on the task with their team. I was kept up-to-date at each end-of-day activities. ZTA started on time and completed within alloted schedule, leaving the work area clean and orderly. No damage to my property, heavy equipment to remove stumps and roots were professsionally operated, and they were very careful not to damage my pavement/driveway. We are going to have them do our backyard. They have come in and trimmed down some tree limbs; that's all they've done so far, but they did a real good job with that. And their clean-up job is what really impressed me and they are going to do some more tree trimming, clean our gutters, and they are going to even out our backyard and put down top soil and grass seeds in the fall. They are very good, very hard working.
