This company apparently does not stand behind its work. They did some home repairs for me. Most of it was OK; however, one part of the job I paid them to do was to secure some floorboards that were sliding in a hallway. The crewman who did that part of the job broke a piece of quarter round and replaced it with a piece that was not as wide as the piece he broke. I did not notice this immediately but when the floorboards continued to slide, I noticed I could see the end of the floorboard sticking out beyond the replacement quarter round. I contacted the company as soon as I noticed this and asked that they return to complete the job. Over the course of the next few months I texted, emailed and called and never did get them to come out although at one point the owner said that he would do the necessary repairs. I was not asking him to do anything other than to complete the job that wasn't done properly. Also be aware if you use this company make sure you get a written job quote as, for some of the work he quoted me verbally before he did the work, he charged me more than the verbal quote.
