"Hello [Member Name Removed], we appreciate your feed back. But the fact of the matter is some installs do require more work which costs my company more labor, more materials etc. it is what we call the cost of business. We did give you the lowest price possible the day of our appointment. 400.00 is a great savings that was offered too you. My company, most company’[Member Information Removed] can not afford especially this day and age to discount almost 800.00 off. We love our military and we do in fact give military discounts when we are told. But you received a discount that was even more than 10%. We can not do anymore than that. We have been in business for 12 years and do a fantastic job at taking care of our customers. I have over 150 5star reviews on google. That does speak for who we really and how we handle business. Again, thanks for your thoughts. I hope you find someone that would like to earn your business. At this time we can not lower our price any more than you were offered."
"Thank you!!"
"Thank you very much!"
"I am sorry but we do not have any record of your address or you. I believe this was meant for a different company, I have sent it to angies list for a dispute."
"Hello [Member Name Removed], I feel that we have been more than helpful in this situation. It is also under investigation by our insurance company to determine if this was actually our fault. The amount of water that is in the basement would be very difficult to produce from the small drip of the water line that came into the home, We did plumb your system in about a foot away from the location of the leak. We feel there may be a sump pump issue in your home. BUT if this a fault of ours and our insurance see its this way everything will be taken care of for you. We just have to follow the correct procedures that I am advised to do by my adjuster. I did take immediate action hired a company to clean the mess, sent my technician to assist you in anyway was needed all day for you. We are a small family business and we will do whatever needs to be done to address this, if it turns out to be our fault. Far as the black stuff on your hands? I do know that my tech. Kenny said that the clamps he put on was brand new, and that there was no black spray of any kind on the work he did, until we returned the next day. We feel someone else sprayed that black stuff, we have before and after pictures to show that we did not, we do not even have a product like that on our vans. So Im not sure where it came from, but it was not from us. It is also sprayed in various locations throughout your basement, Would you have had that done after the last flood you had that you told me about? When returned the next day we were told it was a huge amount of water on the floor, I sent both tech's there to fix and assist again, when we got there it was about 4-5 ounces of water on the floor below the same fitting that the original leak came from. Again, a drip is not enough to flood a basement and I am very sorry that this happened to you, we take great pride in our work and unfortunately, this happened to you. We do have to go through the insurance company and find out what really took place here, and what ever they decide it what we will do. Again, I am sorry this has happened. But, I think its only fair to us both to find out if there is an underlying problem here that may have nothing to do with my company. When every thing is complete with the insurance company then we will both know. As our other A+ reviews show we do take care of our customers, and we do excellent work, sometimes unfortunate things do happen, as it does with any line of home improvement work. Now, it is just waiting on what the insurance decides. Whether we handle it for you or your insurance will need the claim. Thank you for your patience. I will be in touch."
"Hello, we do understand where you are coming from and are sorry to hear that you are not happy. However your water did test out to be when we first arrived prior to install at 9 grains hard. The chlorine was .5 This is hard water along with Chlorine. We came out the second time tested the water, after the install, per your request and at no charge. The water was at 1 grain hard, we made adjustments, came back out and retested and this test showed 0 hardness & chlorine this was done again at no charge. You were given all the information before the purchase ( as we do all of our customers) and the units are doing exactly what it is supposed to do. Residue left on a plastic mat to dry hand washed dishes can have soap residue as well as other particles that can be in the air. This is very possible, as I am sure others could see this as well. As far as the white deposits on the fridge water dispenser, this could be where the water has dried and possibly some TDS in the water. TDS is total dissolved solids, TDS is not removed by a water softener, the only way to do this is by installing a reverse osmosis unit, to treat the entire home, this can be upwards of 15,000 or so dollars. We do not even offer these, Some bottle water's out there such as a spring water type has TDS. Reverse osmosis treatment It is not a standard method of treatment for most water treatment company's because of the cost and the water use that is involved to create reverse osmosis water, removing TDS. I do believe that Roy & Myself have given the best service as we do to all of our customers, and have recommended the best product to fit your needs. Many people have the same unit you have and are more than happy with it. Roy even suggested to you that we could turn the system off, so that you could see the difference in your water quality that your system is giving you that you are vs. how your water was prior to the install. You did not want us to do that, so I would assume that the system must have made an improvement for you, as our water test also show's this.. Bottle water quality is what you kept saying you expected. In our professional opinion you do have the water system that is going to give you this. It just seems to me that maybe you were asking or have hoped for something that is not possible to have without spending thousands more that what you have spent. Again, you were provided with all of the information prior to the purchase, and we were honest, we have returned to give you the best service at no additional charge. The unit is doing what it is suppose to be doing. I myself in no way intended to mislead you.. Roy either. Roy and myself gave you all the information that we have and neither one us believe we have mislead you in anyway. We do not do this. We are an honest and reliable company and our reviews clearly state this. With Angie's list and any other source of reviews. I am sorry that you are not content with your purchase, I wish there was a way we could make it better for you, but the product that was purchased from us is doing exactly what we said it would. Roy did ask to see dishes, toilet bowls etc. this was not shown to him, only thing that was shown was a plastic mat to air dry dishes and the front of the fridge water dispenser. We are very sorry for any misunderstanding, but again, we do believe that we have done our very best in customer service, and you have purchased the best whole house water conditioning system on the market. If there is anything else that we can do to assist you in the form of retesting or suggestions, we are still here to help. Thank you and have a nice day."
