I am very impressed with Pristine's water service.
1. They showed up promptly and treated my Mother in Law with respect during the initial consultation. They spoke to me via phone. It included a thorough water evaluation.
2. They gave me time to research my options before committing. Their options were definitely the best.
3. They were very understanding when I had to call at 9-10pm at night before the installation since I was stuck in another city due to airline issues.
4. The estimated time to install the system was accurate. The technician did a complete, thorough job removing the old filter, installing the new filter, insuring all plumbing was ok and the system was running ok. He performed a chorine shock of my hot water heaters and they drained the heaters to ensure that my smell problem was completely removed.
5. Another gentlemen came about 1 week later to ensure the system working properly. They tested the water.
6. The new water filtration system is saving me $80/month in Water softener salt. :)
My water is now better than Facquier County provided water. I am very satisfied and happy customer. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
Two weeks later we found a small leak in one of the joints (typical for any plumbing installation), and they were at our house within the hour to repair the problem.
Extremely responsive, professional, honest. Recommend to anyone.
Overall, very happy.
That being said I wanted a second opinion because they told me my system was outdated and they do not make parts for it anymore and I needed a new system for $5000.
Pristine's guy came out and showed me that they had actually disconnected some of the power sources to some of my equipment!!! I was shocked because I had used them for so long. I read a review on google about Pristine being honest and not ripping a guy off when he could have been. That's why I chose them for a second opinion. Turns out I new I had issues with my system and they have the parts to repair that. So it will cost me $2100 which is better to me than a new system. They will be out next week to do the work.
These guys are honest and that's all you want when you get a repair. Don't know if they're cheaper but I don't care they are honest.What a fresh company to deal with in the DC area because alot of rip off's out there.
Jared, the gentleman who came out to test my water was polite, knowledgable, and very personable.
Michelle who answered many questions and arranged the installation was extremely nice and professional.
Roy and his assistant (so sorry I forgot the gentleman's name) were fantastic. The installation went smoothly and the unit is working perfectly. I had a small issue with a lingering smell of plumbing glue in the water lines but Roy talked me through how to properly clear the lines and all is well.
I f you want a professional, courteous service at a fair price (I shopped around and their pricing is very competitive)
then you can't go wrong with Pristine Water Treatment!
