Precision Paving

They were very courteous and professional with the information and quote they provided. Their price was comparable to a couple other quotes, which were subsequently beat out significantly by a low-key off the cuff paver. I will seek to have Precision Paving do future work on my driveway that will include repairs from the shotty work of the cheaper paver. Precision and this cheaper paver have done multiple driveways in my neighborhood. Precision's driveways all look fantastic, with durable quality once sealed. My current driveway was done at a quality expected of the price paid, but after seeing the difference in the quality of the driveways in the neighborhood, Precision has a far superior quality product. The other driveways from the cheaper paver on my street are also having issues after only 12 months of life.

The team of 8 men each knew their jobs and quietly went about their work. They had to completely remove 2 major sections of driveway. They did an excellent job. They had the right equipment and got the job done. The edges of the driveway are very precise and I thought they had selected a good name for their company. One neighbor stopped by to talk about my driveway and told me t hat he was admiring it. I saw another man stop to get theirname and number from a sign. They will return in 6 weeks to seal the driveway. That is an additinal 200 dollars but will finish the project off completely and be done with. I don't plan to do any projects now without consulting Angie's List. I mentioned to my neighbor that stopped by that I had got their name from Angie's List. Thank you for your help.

I was very impressed with the the quality and attention to detail.  The work crew was efficient and very proficient.  They dug out all damaged areas and prepared the substrate before repaving with topcoat.   Additionally, they expanded an under-driveway drain pipe as part of the width expansion.  All in all, I was very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend Precision Paving for your asphalt paving projects.

Excellent service from estimate to clean-up and everything in-between. Prompt, professional, courteous people who performed quality work. John and his crew had the right equipment and they were very particular with their workmanship. You could tell they really care about doing the job right the first time and making sure the driveway lasts.

I'm really impressed, because they were very neat and careful. And they knew what they were doing. They came right on time, and finished fairly early. It all went extremely well, and their services even came with a year guarantee. They are a family owned company, and I'd highly recommend them. I will be using them again.

Driveway was in really bad condition with numerous holes and was crumbling in some places. Crew arrived around 0900 and had old driveway totally removed and regraded by 1100. New asphalt was put down and crew cleaned all the old material and whole job was done before 4 PM. Professional crew and both estimator and owner discussed the new asphalt and ensured we understood what to do and answered all our questions. Highly recommended for future work.

Had moved into a house a month ago and the existing 800 square foot driveway had some bad alligator cracking and several soft and low spots, including crumbling. Called Precision Paving on a Sunday and spoke with John, who was very personable and courteous. Gave me a verbal quote to repair the bad areas (including digging out where necessary) and resurfacing/overlaying the entire driveway with asphalt. Honored a seasonal coupon they had (bringing price down from $1800 to $1700). He came one day to look at the driveway to ensure it met the scope of the quote we discussed over the phone, then was able to accommodate me to get the job done.
They were punctual and professional and did an absolutely outstanding job, and I would definitely recommend them.

Very prompt and efficient estimate. Estimate was very competitive with other proposals. Other firms seemed to be somewhat disinterested in residential work, but Precision Paving was unapologetic about being in the residential driveway business. Work started promptly on the agreed-to date, and the work was done quickly and professionally, with great care to protect my garage and house from any potential damage. Driveway came out great, no drainage or other problems since installation (eight months).

We dealt with John from Precision Paving from the entire beginning . He was always available via cellphone or returned our call within a couple hours.

I went with Precision Paving for several reasons. For me professionalism and customer service are more important than pricing and this was my number one priority and Precision Paving definitely fit the bill (their bid was also competative too). In addition, they proudly promote their BBB accreditation and the fact they are insured / bonded which are also important and it is displayed on their website. Their website is also a great place for reference / portfolio work.

My only complaint was with the crazy weather we were having in VA leading up to our driveway being paved. We were trying to get John and his team in here sooner but one day it was 70 degrees and the next day it was below freezing and snowing... we finally made it happen!

John and his team arrived on time and early in the morning like arranged. When his guys were parking to unload equipment, John pointed out to one of his employees to move the trucks closer to our property for passing motorist on the tight private roadway. It was a very courteous and professional gesture to the neighbors! John, greeted me and they got right to work! In total there was approximately 6-8 guys working the job with clean and professional equipment. The entire job took roughly 4 hours.

All debris was picked up and taken with them and the driveway looks very well done. It looks sharp and has clean solid edges. When finished, John even made several more passes across the asphalt to ensure it was solid and stamped with his approval. I could tell he didn't want to leave the job half done with his name on it. They followed the minimal instructions we gave them and performed everything like they promised.

I work in a consulting environment with lots of oppurtunities for referrals of various services and Precision Paving will be highly recommended by me for their great work and service.

My contacts were with John, who was a consumate professional. He explained what he was going to do, how it would be done, and made recommendations on how to care for the drive once completed. The quality of the finished product is outstanding, from the crispness of the edging to the fact that there was no debris left on-site. He even called back to check on whether I was satisfied with the work.

I found them to be prompt, courteous, and professional. I was not happy with one small spot, and they came back out and fixed it. My driveway is long and winding, and probably difficult to get just right, but the work that was done exceeded my expectations. Mr. Stanko was careful to get the driveway level so that rain water would run off evenly. He seemed to really care that the job was done right ad the customer was pleased. I am very satisfied with the company's work and would recommend. to others.

They were here on time the driveways look great and the workers were friendly. Only problem was the gravel drive washed out within a two week period and when I called to see about getting a drainage pipe put in and the driveway re graveled they were very rude and said they were to busy and would call me when they had time. I am willing to pay for it but they still havent called to set up even an estimate. It has been months, I am supposed to have them seal my driveway when the weather cools and I am shopping around for another company that isn't to busy to do my job.
