Ran diagnostics and several cycles and could not recreate leak.  Provided helpful suggestions on how to prevent leaking - such as cleaning the door, gasket prior to use to avoid lint/dirt creating a tiny gap which would allow water to leak through

I appreciated their willingness to accommodate my schedule.  The tech arrived at the time I'd requested.  He explained his reasoning carefully and was very professional.  I would hire them again for future appliance repairs.

The technician was prompt in responding to my call. The estimate was lower than the technician originally thought, so we went with repair rather than replacing the unit, and the stackable are pricey. It was a two person job, so two technicians had to come. So far, so good.

I was pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of staff, both taking my call and providing the service.  My refrigerator runs well after replacement of the motor.  However, the clunking sound that concerned me continues.  Since it is periodic, it may not be possible to diagnose the problem unless it happens while the technician is present.

Mark came promptly as scheduled an attended to my appliances. He
determined that the dishwasher circuit board was bad which I had
expected and said that he could get a new one in 20 to 30 minutes. I
agreed and he was back in 15 minutes. After installation the dishwasher
was functioning but the digital clock that showed time remaining was
not, He called the office and double checked that he had the right part
and was told that he did. He said the the dishwasher worked for now and
let the company do some research and he would get back with me. At the
same time he checked my ice maker which was not working, and said that
it appeared to be functioning but since I had not replaced the filter in
10 years it could be blocking the flow. He took the filter out and said
to let it go for a while and see if it worked as he didn't want to
suggest a new ice maker if that was the problem, and he would call later
to see what happened.  He called the next day and confirmed that the
factory said it was the wrong part in the right box, and that he had 
the right part and scheduled a time to come and install it. Upon his
return he quickly installed the part and verified that the dishwasher
worked properly, then checked the ice maker that was still not working.
After additional diagnosis he determined that the valve was bad, and replaced it.
He was very professional, friendly, prompt and experienced. I was very impressed and satisfied.

Overall, it was a positive experience. Mark called in route within the allotted time frame, was very personable, and explained the repair in layman's terms.  LG washing machines are complicated appliances, and there are very few certified LG technicians in the Washington DC area to service them. Thanks to Angie's List, I found ALL AMERICAN APPLIANCE SERVICE.

I recommend the company highly.  I will use them in the future for any service needed. I made the  call on 10-26 when horrible Sandy weather was expected to be in the area.  I was given an appointment  for noon or later  the following Wednesday which I considered to be incredibly fast.  Roy arrived at noon on the dot..  He saw immediately what the problem was ( a small piece of plastic on the rubber  where the door meets the washer), but took the time to work on the machine just in case there was another problem.  He was friendly, professional and completely service oriented.  I also was pleased that he answered other questions about the washer not related to my problem.  In sum, use the company.

Roy arrived on time.  Identified the problem immediately.  Repaced a faulty part and lubricated other parts.  He was at our house for less than an hour.  The dryer now works well AND works quietly.  He was professional and personable.

The service operators were friendly answering my call and found a time for the service call that fit my schedule.  I received a call when the technician was 30 minutes away, so I could get home from work.  Waleed arrived on time and was extremely professional.  He worked quickly and found the root cause of the squealing noise in the dryer.  He needed to order the replacement belt pulley, so we scheduled another call the following week.  Once the part arrived, he was right on time again and fixed the dryer in under 15 minutes.  We haven't had a problem since. 

I called AAA on a Thursday and was happy to hear that they would be able to come to my home on Saturday just 2 days later. They told me arrival time would be at 12 p.m. and at 11:50 my tech called to let me know he would be here in 10 minutes. He arrived, immediately diagnosed a clogged drain, pulled apart the freezer, cleared the ice jam and replaced all the shelves in a matter of 20 minutes. Very professional, courteous and prompt. I would recommend this company.

I called All-American to repair our Frigidaire Front-Load Washer, which suddenly stopped with the tub filled with water and a horrendous noise coming out of the machine.  I called on Friday and was told a technician could come out the following Wednesday between 9 and 11.  At 8:55 on Wednesday, the technician called to say he'd be at my home in about 20 minutes--adn he was.
The technician was clearly very familiar with the machine, and with the problem--he went directly to the source of the issue, which was change that had fallen out of pockets and gotten caught in a filter.  That went so smoothly that I asked if he could check out a strange sound the dryer had been making for awhile--again, he went straight to the source (a loose washer and screw), fixed the problem and tightened all the other internal screws.
The technician was clearly knowledgeable, competent and quick--$160 feels like a bargain to have two appliances back in action and running like new.

They were very responsive and punctual. They gave a 10% discount for Angie's List members. He was a very nice man and told us it might be in our best interest to buy a new refrigerator instead of doing the expensive repairs. Especially since we had already spent $700 on repairs last year.

They gave us a wealth information and I was floored by how much time they took with me.

The repairman arrived on time. He was very efficient and explained what he was doing as he was doing it. He was very professional.

They promptly answered the phone and were able to respond to my home the next day.  Woman that answered the phone was very nice.  The technician called before arriving as promised. He was very nice, prompt and professional.  Diagnosed and fixed the problem very fast.  Would use them again for other appliances.

All American Appliance Service was very response and professional.  They promptly sent a technician to diagnose the problem with my stove.  The technician, Mark, was knowledgeable and went out of his way to search for a replacement part.  I will use American Appliance Service in the future for appliance repairs and highly recommend this company (and their technician, Mark) to anyone how needs repairs performed on their home appliances.

I was surprised when I called All American that the owner Bonnie answered my call as I explained the problems we were having. She was aware of this kind of problem with our model and make. She explained what the problem could be and set up an appointment to look at the side by side. 
Technician came found the problem, then he left for about 1 hour and came back with the motherboard we needed and installed it. The problem with the freezer compartment was solved, but the frig compartment was still not cooling. I called All American and again spoke with Bonnie. She send out a technician again at no cost and it was found that a fan was not working. The technician  ordered the part and it was installed at no cost to us for the labor.

Checked everything out, cleared clogged drain, replaced defrost control.  Everything is working perfectly now.   Was a pleasure to do business with and I will use again if needed.  I recommend this company!

My fridge was not cooling properly, called All American and they came out the next day. Ordered the part and installed it. Ronnie was very friendly and knew his stuff. Bonnie at the office is super nice.

The girl who took my information was very professional and courteous.  I couldn't believe how fast they could have someone out.  The repairman, Mark, explained in detail whas was wrong with the burner.  Took no time at all for him to fix it.  Works like new.

Tech had been out in Jan 12 but could not duplicate problem. No charge at that time. Washer repeated problem in Aug and again in Sep. In Aug Tech installed main board which usually causes problem. In Sep washer repeated problem. Tech returned and exchanged boards. So far problem seems to have been fixed.
Tech also advised on odor problem common to front load washers. Tech was very competent and helpful.
Note - there is another company from Woodbridge, VA with nearly the same name which has been getting customers who thought they were getting the original All American Appliance Service. Take care to select the company in Springfield.

If you need an appliance repaired I would definitely use All American Appliance.  My dryer was making a very loud noise while running but still drying the clothes.  I made an appointment and the technician arrived promptly.  He was courteous, professional, and correctly diagnosed the problem in about 1 minute simply by listening – bad blower.  The repair went quickly and the dryer works great again. I used All American Appliance a few years ago for a problem with my refrigerator and received the same excellent service.  I highly recommend All American Appliance.
