Warehouse sent the wrong part initially - not All American's fault. They had to figure out the correct part number and order again. Called me for another appointment and came and replaced the gasket. I've used the washer without a problem.

Great. Nice to know there is a responsible appliance repair company out there as I have been ripped off or hassled by so many over the years. Heard about them via many friends and great reviews on AL.

This is the third time I have called All American. Once again, I am so pleased with their expertise and honesty. I requested the technician, Mark. He has been to my house for other repairs in the past and done a wonderful job. He got here right on time, found the problem quickly, showed me where the leak is, and explained everything to me. He explained that it would cost almost as much to repair it as it would be to buy another machine. Being that my machine is already 10 years old, he recommended I probably should purchase a new one. He also recommended brands, and what to expect from a new machine. He charged me for the basic visit fee. The only possible negative that I could find is that in order to get an appointment with Mark, I had to wait longer than I would normally like because our availabilty hours didn't match up for a while. So I've had to make visits to the laundromat. But that small inconvenience is worth it to me, because I trust this company and technician.

Excellent diagnosis, service and repair

The company gave me excellent service at a fair price. My refrigerator's ice maker stopped working after a storm. The technician (courteous and pleasant) quickly found the problem (broken ice crusher motor), ordered the correct part and came back and installed it. Couldn't ask for more.

We called for an appointment and someone came out to visit us the very next day. Roy was very professional and knowledgable. He thoroughly examined the dishwasher and found all of the problems. He gave us a detailed proposal to fix the machine which made us realize it would be better simply to purchase a new dishwasher. For a small fee for him to visit, we got confirmation of what he had to do! We could not be happier with Roy and this company's service! We would definitely trust him to provide accurate and honest evaluations for any other appliances we have have problems with in the future. Thanks for a job well done!

I called on a Thursday afternoon and a technician was at my house on Friday morning. The technician fixed my dishwasher in 10 minutes.

Mark came twice, both in time. He seemed very professional with good amount of experience. His job was neat and fast. Talking with the office was nice, too.

Technician was knowledgeable and efficient. He quickly determined what was wrong, and also advised of repair cost vs cost of a replacement machine. (Repair would have been almost as expensive as a replacement machine.)

Advised that repair would require more than it was worth. Honest, straight forward and advised he wouldn’t recommend repair, which I appreciated.

Roy was superb! In nothing flat, he realized previous installer of garbage disposal did not remove the d/w plug!! Fixed in less than 15 minutes on the job. Rest of time swapped fish stories :-) Charged next to zip compared to usual house calls - NO upselling!! If you need a repair guy - Roy & All American is #1!!

We had a 3 hour window and Mark arrived near the beginning, which was great! He diagnosed the issue very quickly and his expertise was obvious. I was really happy with the service and our fridge work great now. Thank you!

Honest assessment and great advice.

Problem was diagnosed on first visit, parts were ordered, and then new parts were installed within the timeframe projected.

Repair took two visits. Parts ordered but I had to call back to find out they had arrived. Everything else was perfect.

Our technician was amazing and came back on 3 separate occasions to assist us. The first time he came was for the initial analysis and consultation, the second time for the repair, and the third time because he found a piece missing that he ordered and replaced for us. We are grateful we found this wonderful company.

I had broken something in the lint trap by inserting a cleaning brush. It took a wire cutter to get it out so you know I beat this part up a lot. Then couldn't get the screen back in. I called All American late in the afternoon and repairman (Pete) was here by 11:00 am the next morning. Did the work. Repaired the problem and did not need a new part. Outstanding! He also told me where I could get the correct type of dryer, lint cleaning brush.

Mark showed up promptly and began working on the issue right away. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly. I would gladly hire him again for any future appliance issue.

The repairman for All American Appliance gave me a call 15 minutes before he arrived. Was able to quickly determine the issue and resolved the problem. He was extremely professional and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them and plan on using again for any appliance issues.

Thoroughly inspected but unable to reproduce a leak. The repairman, however, loosened up the wheels so I could move it if necessary. That I appreciated......the refrigerator never leaked again....

Technician arrived when they said he would, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed the dryer. Cost was extremely reasonable. Technician was friendly and knowledgable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with these guys.

I called and told them I needed repair on a Bosch Dryer several times. They couldn’t get out to me for 5 days and only had one time available. I had to cancel appts to be home. Today was the day they were supposed to come. They JUST called me two hours before my scheduled appt to tell me they don’t have a tech to work on Bosch!!! Completely unprofessional and unacceptable!!

Perfectly! The fellow was on-time, did exactly what he needed to do, and did a wonderful job of it.
