The technician removed the oven control board and found a bad solder joint. He fixed that, but the oven still would not head correctly. His assessment was that the oven control board had failed. Unfortunately that part was no longer available and I had to order a new oven. I was pleased with the service and got a fair assessment.

The repair man called before showing up and arrived about 30 minutes into the three hour window. He checked the machine to confirm the problem (broken water pump), had the parts on the truck, and completed the repair within an hour. The service call was on time, efficient, and professional.

Our dryer stopped working on Sunday, and we called and left a message. All American Appliance called back early on Monday morning and we were able to schedule an appointment on Wednesday between 11 and 2. On Wednesday, Mark called around 10:50 saying he'd be there shortly, and he was. He diagnosed the issue as being a broken heating element, which they needed to order. He scheduled an appointment again between 11 and 2. He called around 11:45 to say he'd be there shortly, which he was. He had the dryer repaired within 20 minutes or so. Mark was friendly, courteous, and punctual. They were extremely responsive and kept us up to date with the timeline for repair. Would definitely use again and would recommend to others.

Tech was right on time, diagnosed the problem in a few minutes, put in the order for the replacement motor, and a week later all was working like a charm. Also, It seems the motor came in less expensive than what had been estimated, so I saved a chunk of money there also! Very, very pleased with the service.

This is the second time I have used All American Appliance. They are highly professional and responsive. The technician, Mark, did a thorough check of the fridge, cleaned some parts of it and determined that it was working properly and did not need replacement at this time. The cost of the diagnostic visit was very reasonable and well worth the price to know that I did not need to replace the refrigerator. I would highly recommend this company. I was able to quickly schedule an appointment and the technician was personable, knowledgeable, careful to not damage my floor in moving the fridge and very reassuring about the state of the appliance.

Very well. The technician was knowledgable, professional, and provided great advice. They were right on time, the price was excellent and I got a discount for being an Angie's list member. All of this led to Excellent scores overall and for all but one item. Also, as part of their protocol to find the problem--ultimately a broken timer--they cleaned out lint from around the drum and in the vent, which is excellent. For responsiveness, I gave a good, which is just that....good. The initial appointment was within 48 hours which is good. It took a little over a week to get the part, which is okay but is probably more reflective of the supplier. And, they called me right away when they had the part and scheduled repair to occur the next day, which is excellent. I'm very pleased and will use them again, if I have an appliance problem.

Fine. The repairman was excellent. But, I don't think I'll ever buy GE appliances again. We've had nothing but trouble from the entire suite of Cafe appliances. Had to replace the touch pad on the microwave; had to replace the control knobs on the stove and have one burner repaired TWICE; had to replace the refrigerator water filter. All of these appliances are less than 5 years old.

Second time I’ve used this company. First time repair man advised that repair would cost more than freezer was worth. This time, repairman wasn’t totally sure what the problem was as he tested electronics and couldn’t see an issue. He suggested a couple of things to do to see if issue would resolve itself. Also provided quote for “brain” of dishwasher if none of the suggestions worked. Always appreciate candor and alternatives to expensive repairs so I like this company.

I called to request service. However, before sending anyone out, they went through several steps with me to see if there was anything that could be fixed without a service call. Sure enough, there was a problem with the GFI. I reset it and the refrigerator returned to working order. I have used this company before for washing machine problems. They are incredibly helpful and go out of their way to save the customer money. I never use any other company for home appliance servicing and neither should you.

Refrigerator not cooling properly. It needed a new control board so we decided to buy a new refrigerator. Repair man worked to find problem and gave an estimate for repair. We only had to pay for the visit which was a reasonable price.

Warehouse sent the wrong part initially - not All American's fault. They had to figure out the correct part number and order again. Called me for another appointment and came and replaced the gasket. I've used the washer without a problem.
