"The appointment was between 12-3 with a 30 minute call ahead. Office and technician called and left several messages. There was NO text received no did the customer answer the phone. Customer called back at 12:41 technician had moved on and was now at another customers home. It is unfortunate for both the company and the customer when an appointment is missed. That said we do our best to accommodate all our customers but can not schedule around one customer. I'm glad the customer was able to find another service company."
"I spoke with the technician on the job who indicated he did turn off the water supply to the dishwasher. It is possible the shut off did not fully shut the water down because it was defective. I will be calling the customer this morning to discuss the control panel issue. I wish the customer would have called me prior to posting as we will work with the customer to provide an acceptable solution."
