I've had two plumbing issues that T.Q. has resolved within the past 2 months,. One was a washing machine drainage line blockage and the other a underground water line break. In both instances he promptly returned my call and came to the residence the same day to assess the problem. He made the repairs promptly and provided a fair price for his services. He called very soon after the request for proposal was submitted. The response time was very fast. He called to confirm and came on time. Although I indicated the incorrect work to be done, he went out to purchase what was needed and did a great job fixing the problem in the same day. My only concern was the Price.

We had a leaking pipe we weren't even aware of, so very glad Terrance investigated it and found the cause of the problem. His fee was also reasonable.
