Working with Craig and is team was an absolute pleasure! Craig is super responsive and easy to work with and most importantly, HONEST, in what I have learned to be a dishonest industry. They installed hardie board on a bump out on our house. They came and completed the project exactly as projected. I canâ t wait to hire them for future projects. We certainly wonâ t be going to anyone else.

10/10 recommend!!! After meeting with four different siding companies we are so happy we entrusted Stronghold Improvement to remodel our entire home's siding that was originally from the 1970's. Craig, Darwin, and their team of craftsmen were an absolute joy to work. They effectivley communicated the details of the project and the progress and were very efficient with the condensed timeline as we had a baby on the way. Their attention to detail was amazing and the final product far exceeded our expectations. We purchased a property built in 1973 and the wood siding was rotting and in need of either cleaning/restaining or replacement. Originally the plan was to restain and get it looking good again, however knowing that I would be dealing with it again in less than ten years I solicited a request for insulated vinyl siding. After speaking with two or three contractors, we decided to move forward with Stronghold Improvements to update the exterior of the home. The quotes for the scope of work were about the same, however after meeting Craig and discussing the project, it was pretty clear who I would be going with. He and his team completely transformed the home. Along the way, they discovered imperfections such as rotting wood or areas in need of paint and corrected the deficiencies. If I could post a photo or two with this review I would. The house looks amazing. It's not inexpensive, but it is a worthwhile investment. You will not go wrong going with Stronghold Improvements.

I interviewed 3 different contractors for my Windows & Siding project, and while Stronghold wasn't the lowest price, working with Craig made all of the difference. He was very communicative throughout the entire process and helped me determine the best materials and options for my home. My neighborhood is older, so while I didn't change the "shape" of my house, the selections he helped me make modernized it so well, that everyone that walks by compliments the new look and feel of it. His installers were lovely people, both Darwin & Elvis and did great work! I'd recommend Stronghold to anyone that asks!

I interviewed three companies to replace the exterior siding and deck of my townhouse last summer. I felt most comfortable with the owner of Stronghold Improvements when he came out to review the scope of work and explain his approach to the project. It would be another ten months before I was ready to move forward with the project -- and several months into the pandemic -- when business was busy and materials were in short supply. Still, he kept in constant communication with me and was able to work my project into his company's work schedule. The team he assigned to my home was top-notch. They encountered several unanticipated challenges along the way but always managed to be creative and resourceful in offering solutions. I could not be more pleased with the results of the siding/decking project and will plan to use this company in the future. One of the things I loved most about this company: the mutual respect and admiration between employer and employees.

I had the original siding removed, had insulation board installed and wrapped and then installed new vinyl siding on the whole house. They also wrapped all of the trim. Stronghold s service was amazing and we just love how the house looks now. They also addressed all areas of concern for me. I now feel like my house is properly sealed and insulated from the outside. I highly recommend them and plan to use their services again in the future.

The installers did not pUT insulation around the windows. I fact, left a 3/4 inch gap in my kitchen window. Didn't know they botched it until the windows leaked. If you hire them, be present to make sure they apply the insulation!!

He was knowledgeable about the Hardie product and made sure the job was done correctly, I appreciated that he was honest with me about how much of my siding needed to be replaced and reviewed the options with me. He also was willing to compare costs of cedar vs. Hardie. I am very pleased with the results and highly recommend Stronghold Improvements.
