My car needed major repairs after a high speed accident on the highway. PCR was able to fix the damage and prevent the car from being totaled by the insurance company.

I found that the local Subaru dealer used this company when I took my car in for an inspection, so I checked them out and got a price quote for a dent repair in the hood of my Forrester. Their pricing was very competitive and the time frame that I was given for the work was acceptable. The work they did looks great and the hood is as good as new. They had the work completed when they said it would be and were great to deal with.

Took about a week, some parts had to be ordered, and the paint needed curing time. Nicely done!

Premier Collision Repair did a fantastic job. Their quote was more than $500 less than what my insurance company estimated so that covered my deductible. They were friendly, did a fantastic job, and completed the job early. I will definitely go to them again if I need repairs!

This was our first time using Premier Collision Repair and we could not be happier with the final effort. From start to finish, our PCR representative, Vick Moussessian, was professional, courteous, helpful, and reassuring that we would be pleased with the outcome. My stepson's car was sideswiped as a car attempted to go around him while at a standstill in traffic. She scraped against his left rear quarter section substantially damaging the bumper, a tail light, and the left rear quarter panel and trim. We had the option of using the collision repair shop associated with our insurance company, but previous experience with such arrangements is that the shop ends up working for the insurance company more than it is working on my behalf. We opted to find a new collision repair shop, as our previous shop had closed. Prior to handing over our car, I asked Vick to show me some of their completed work and he graciously took me into the work space and showed me any number of cars in various states of repair. Afterward, he took me to see his car, which had been recently repaired after someone rear ended him. All of the work was of the highest quality and we were comfortable they would do a fine job. PCR accepted the insurance estimate and commenced work immediately upon receiving the parts. Depending upon the age of the car, some insurance companies will not approve OEM parts and insist on after-market replacement parts. Some insurance companies require used parts. Vick kindly explained that used tail lights frequently arrive scratched and he no longer will accept those used parts. Work progressed through the week without any surprises. The after market tail light that arrived did not fit properly and Vick ordered an OEM replacement part -- perfect fit. PCR will work directly with the insurance company if there are additional costs due to additional problems hidden beneath bumpers or panels, or if OEM parts must be ordered. Upon retrieving the car the final product was nothing short of perfect. Having been around cars most of my life and familiar with the basics of collision repair and auto painting, I've seen outstanding and crappy work. At its worst, auto collision repair will have paint that clearly does not match the rest of the car (poor matching by the painter and not taking into account fading), rippling due to a poor application, and paint streaks on different colored parts due to poor masking by the painter as he prepped the car. PCR's final result was nothing short of excellent -- the highest quality of workmanship. The paint matched perfectly and was feathered into the rest of the quarter panel. There is absolutely no discernible difference from the repair and the rest of the left side of the car. All parts fit perfectly and the car looks exactly as it did before the accident. Premier Collision Repair unequivocally has our highest recommendation! Ask for Vick!!

These guys made me a customer for life! I came back from a week of travel to find what I thought was significant paint damage to my hood. Took it to a different highly reviewed repair shop where I had previously had insurance covered damage repaired, they told me it would cost $700 to strip and repaint the entire hood. Brought my car to PCR and they actually took the time to really inspect the "damage" and found that it could simply be buffed out in 15 minutes! These guys are great, they actually care about helping their customers, even brand new ones who have never been there before. If you need a collision repair shop, this is the place to go.

The work was performed on time and looked great. Let me say that I'm not one to normally leave a review and I am always suspicious of reviews but please believe me when I sat that these guys will do whatever it takes to make you happy.

I went to Premier Collision and could not have been more pleased with their service. I emailed some photos and got an online estimate within a couple of hours. I took the car in and had them order the parts. They had me wait until the parts came in before I dropped off the car so I wouldn't be without it for too long. They estimated the repairs would take 7 days. I got a call 4 days later and my car was done. They put a rush on it without even asking so I could have it for a holiday weekend. The repairs looked like new. The estimate was below others and my Angie's List coupon saved me $200. I ended up saving $500 over what I would have spent if I had taken it to the collision center my insurance recommended. The staff were incredibly nice and didn't push any extra repairs or service on me that I didn't request. I will definitely be recommending Premier Collision to my friends.

In a word...awesome. Stopped by to get a quote to replace the rear bumper. Whole process took less than 10 minutes. The staff was quick and efficient. They ordered the replacement bumper cover. I was planning on night dropping it the day before, but it turns out they were still there even after hours, so I just dropped it off right to them. The next day, I picked it up. The bumper looked great! Great match to the original paint, and they even cleaned the INSIDE of the car to boot! My wife uses this car with our two young kids and it was pretty dirty when we dropped it off. I picked it up and it was super clean. Talk about customer service. I would definite recommend them to others.

It looks like new. They got it in and out in a day. Super nice bunch. Great work and a discount for Angie's List members that I don't even have to ask for. I'm a huge car fan, hand wash and detail all my cars because I don't trust car washes, and they get my approval.

I found Premier on Angie's List. I called another body shop that was rated highly on Yelp, and I was told that if I left the car for an estimate that they MIGHT get to it the next day. When I call Premier, the gentleman who answered the phone (Jarell) told me to come on by that evening before they closed, and he would give me an estimate right then and their. It took all of 10 minutes, and the quote was so reasonable I left the car that night. The estimate was less than my deductible would have been if I had filed a claim. The car was ready 24 hours later. The excellent customer service on the phone got me to come in, and the quick reasonable estimate snagged me. The beautiful body and paint work, my washed floor mats, and the one day turn around guarantee I will be back the next time I need auto body work. I started off bummed that someone hit my car and took off, but seeing a great little shop like this do honest, good work was the perfect antidote. My cousin used to own a collision shop up in NY, and I don't think he would have done a better job for me. Including before and after pictures.

Everyone we spoke to was so nice and attentive. I received a quote after emailing pictures, in just a few minutes. I dropped the car off in the AM and was called the next afternoon saying the car was ready to be picked up. The job was done to perfection!

My vehicle got rear ended and I didn't have a local body shop so I choose Premier Collision Repair because of the good reviews. Dropped the car off on a Tuesday and was told it would take until the following Monday for the car to be ready due to some unexpected repairs needed that weren't included in my insurance estimate. PCR handled all the contact with the insurance company and the car was ready by Friday afternoon. They did an excellent job,  car looks as good as new and everybody is polite and responsive. Great experience, no complaints.

I have not had an accident in 15 years, so I turned to Angie's list. Premier Collision Repair was rated highly, and rightly so. I contacted them with a request for estimate based on photos.  Once I confirmed the estimate was over my deductible, I contacted my insurance company to file a claim. I took my car over to them for a full inspection of damage. Jerel, the claims manager, explained how the whole process works between the body shop and my insurance company. He worked directly with my insurance claims agent. Jerel kept me informed during the whole process as well as calling me after I had my car back to make sure I was satisfied.
To summarize, Premier Collision Repair took the stress out of the whole process. The estimate helps you decide if you should make an insurance claim or pay out of pocket. Jerel's knowledge and experience of working with many of the insurance companies helps navigate through.  A big bonus us that Premier is only a mile away from an Enterprise car rental place that picks up and drops off right at the shop. I must add, I had a wonderful experience with the Fullerton Rd Enterprise rental.  All in all, I took care of the whole process without my husband needing to get involved at all.

Awesome! I can't say enough good things about Premier Collision Repair. I found them on Angie's List, and once again I am very happy. Jerel and his team(sorry I cannot remember the other names) were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and honest and most importantly-handiwork. They are very customer focused, which is evident in how they run their business. My husband's vehicle was repaired, ON TIME, at a fair price AND price quoted, with no work for me on my part, other that writing the check (My repair was not an insurance claim - my teen  did damage to the car and we paid out of pocket). From the estimate, to scheduling, to keeping me updated on the repair status, and quality of workmanship (it looks amazing - paint match is perfect as well as body work), Premier Collision Repair and Jerel took care of me the whole way and kept their word. The whole experience has exceeded my expectations.  I hope that this is a one time visit, but if it's not,  I will know who to call. I would not hesitate to recommend Premier Collision Repair or to use them again. Thank you!!
As a footnote -Jerel even helped coordinate a complete detail, with another vendor, for my vehicle, so I could surprise my husband with a beautiful, clean, ride prior to pick up. This was the "icing on the cake." His vehicle looks incredible- thanks again!
