My wife and I have worked for Jesse for over 7 years. Extremely reliable and good value. No issues in all that time.

They do a great job. They are very honest and trustworthy. The price is fair.

That worked out very nice. It wasn't much. They cleaned sinks that were clean. I see this woman in my microwave, "I said oh my god, it's faking clean". But, they don't know that. They did a good job. I appreciated it. I had just gotten some wood floors and they used the special mop and the special solution that goes on the mop to clean the floors, so that was good. They did everything. They know when they had to do my wood floors. I'd give them an "A" because I probably paid for them in August or something and I didn't use them 'til like the weeks before Christmas and they fit me in on a Saturday afternoon. They were wonderful. They made time for me. They came in and they knew what they were doing. They saw my clean microwave and figured well where they were clean every single stuff the way they want.

There was some initial confusion over the appointment day, I had scheduled for Monday the 30th and they had me on their books for Tuesday July 1.  When they didn't show up on the 30th as expected I called.  It took a couple tries to get through, but when I finally talked to someone in the office they resolved the disconnect and got a crew out to my house within a couple hours

The deal was for four hours of housecleaning and in that time the crew thoroughly cleaned my entire house (~2,000 sq. ft).  I was very pleased with the job they did.  Their vacuum broke and they had to use my to complete the sweeping, but otherwise they provided all supplies.

I have used them 2 more times, dince I feel they are oe of the best from your list.

I just had my first (and last) cleaning with this company. I scheduled with Jessy who is the owner and she said it would be $155 over the phone for my 4 bed 3.5 bath 3 level home. This seemed a bit high but she said it was because its the first time. A crew of two were scheduled to arrive between 1:30 and 2pm, but I got home at 3 so I'm not sure exactly when the two ladies got there. As soon as I got home I greeted them and started checking their work as they had already finished the upstairs and were working on the main level. Much to my dismay I discovered dust all around the baseboards, some dog hair still not swept up in corners, and hair in the master bath and corners of the master bedroom. They looked like they had quickly cleaned the main floors and obvious surfaces such as table tops and tops of furniture, but there was still a layer of dust on picture frames, hanging art, small objects,  and on stair banisters. I pointed these items out and one of the ladies reluctantly went upstairs for five minutes and "dusted". After that, they announced they were done which meant they had been at the house no longer than 1.5 to 2 hours max. I then asked if they cleaned the basement and they said "no my boss said no". At this point I was p***** because I clearly told Jessy over the phone I have a THREE level home I need cleaned. I told the crew they only had to clean the basement floor and they again reluctantly agreed, looking obviously annoyed with my request. At this point while they were down there I called Jessy, and told her I was unhappy with the job and I would not pay the full amount, and she said she would call the ladies to talk to them. When she called me back, she told me they had said the house was "too much dust and dog hair" and it was impossible to be cleaned thoroughly the first time, and that it would get cleaner the next-time they cleaned it (!!??). That was the most ridiculous thing I had ever hear, as I have one 40 pound lab mix, my house was neat and clutter-free in preparation for their arrival, and their entire JOB was to clean dust and grime.  I told Jessy I was willing to pay $100 only which I thought was generous and she rebutted with $130 because the crew had "cleaned" the basement.  I just wrote the check for that amount to get them out of my house. I will NOT be using this company ever again...terrible, unfriendly, shoddy service.

They did a very good job.  They were prompt and I was happy with the job they did.

Outside of being very late, (traffic you know) they were careful and thorough cleaning all areas of my home. Great job!

It seemed to turn out ok. They were on time and they were in and out fairly quickly. There were three people that came and they were here for two hours. They did everything I had asked them to but there was not a clear understanding of what else they could do with the time remaining. They should have asked me if there was anything else I needed them to do since there was still 2 hours remaining.

The price was right, and the three-person team was punctual and friendly.  However, one of them left early, and the other two did only a mediocre job in terms of cleaning.  I probably wouldn't have them back for this reason.

They were super! I had pointed out specific areas I was having problems with and they tackled them! The 2 women that cleaned even seemed to be having fun doing it.

My experience with Jessy Cleaning Service was very poor. They were fine with communication over email and scheduling, but they were late and then kept calling and saying they couldn't find the place for almost an hour. I finally gave up. I felt that they were probably just late from another appointment and pretending to be lost since my place is not hard to locate. I will not use them in the future.

They did an ok job for the cost. They were on time. I probably would not use them again.
