Description of Work: Replaced half of roof, grouted chimney, replaces screening. Service was in 2010.

Description of Work: They identified the cause of a leak in the dining room ceiling, which several others had mis-diagnosed, or failed to find the source. |They removed the existing siding, installed a new moisture barrier, taped all the seams, re-installed the vinyl siding, added some custom formed 'z' flashing along the top of the gable vent that intersect s with the siding. Caulked & sealed.

Description of Work: "We contracted with Exterior Medics to repair the roof, install 2 new skylights, replace another skylight, install new gutters and complete some masonry repairs. The masonry repairs were completed to our satisfaction with no issues. The gutter installation was completed to our satisfaction and no issues. The roof repairs were completed without issues. | |The skylights were another story. The new skylights were installed in the wrong location after being very clear where they were to be installed. The replacement skylight was not delivered to Exterior Medics by the vendor (as explained by Exterior Medics)in the right size. This delayed the project. The second replacement skylights (one skylight to be installed) sent by the vendor was loaded to the truck and brought to the job and then discovered it was they the wrong size. This incurred another delay while we waited on the third replacement skylight to be delivered in the right size. It seems the truck loaders were not checking the supplies being loaded against the work order to ensure the right materials were delivered to be installed. Based on the price paid and the work done, we would not recommend Exterior Medics to install skylights or replace existing skylights."

Description of Work: It was extremely difficult to schedule/get an appointment; we had to call them consistently to get something scheduled. Then, Exterior Medics cancelled our appointment 5 times. We had to apply a lot of pressure to get them to come and actually do the roofing job. The workers and the actual job were completed within one day; the workers were courteous; the clean-up was good; safety was lacking/not followed by all workers; Representatives did not bother to check work and/or inquire about completion and quality.

Description of Work: So far ... Exterior Medics has 1/2 of the money for a roofing job and we have not seen any actions. For 4 weeks, they have been putting us off and moving our job to the following week. Hmmm will we ever get this job completed!!! Edwards

Description of Work: Replaced siding on side of house and reused pieces removed to replace siding on back of house where removed gas line was attached. Great job.

Description of Work: We have used Exterior Medics three times. First, they repaired my masonry chimney and fixed a leaking roof. Second, they replaced roof shingles where the shingles were popping up in several places and inspected the roof for signs of other problems (none were found). Finally, they replaced an exterior door. All of the work performed was done in accordance with the contract. It was performed on time, in a very professional manner, and very high quality workmanship. I will not hesitate to call Exterior Medics when I am next in need of exterior home repairs.

Description of Work: They examined the roof and ended up replacing the small section affected. The next time it rained, the rain poured inside again. We called and when they came out to re-examine, they determined that the problem was actually the trim or caulking around the stack. They fixed that and we have not had any problems since. The roof ($2500) did not actually need replacing !

Description of Work: I requested an estimate of what it would take to replace a 37 year old cedar shake shingle roof with new material (also cedar shake). I have not made any final decisions but there was no pressure, albeit the inspector/technician did tell me that I need to "start to think" about a roof replacement. The jury is still out with respect to whether it will be a cedar shake replacement or an approved composite as HOA approval would be required before any work could be done. I was given a complete package of how the work would be done and the current estimate of cost. I believe that the inspection was completed in person ILO an Eagle View report, which I understand it's done aerially aka Google Maps.

Description of Work: We had significant quality issues and job performance issues on the job. That said, the project manager addressed all the issue to our satisfaction. It took quite a bit of time but all of the work was completed.

Description of Work: Installed gutters along the back if my house. They promised to return and clean my gutters after the leafs had fallen. Never returned after repeated phone calls. Still waiting.

Description of Work: They replaced a leaky chimney cap last year. The work seemed fine but nearly 2 months intervened between the estimate and the work being done with little communication in the interim. I provided that feedback as well as my satisfaction with the work. This spring we got another small leak in the same area. I called exterior medics and they said they would, as before, turn the work over to the production department. I never heard from them again. The leak stopped but I have no idea whether EM sent anybody. I had another firm come and do an inspection for me. I thought EM had good people and did good work but the handoff to the production department and the ensuing loss of contact is puzzling.

Description of Work: Cost too much for the Job, two different crews that had conflicts with each other showed up for the job when the job was estimated for two days one crew. When the salesman was called for clarification on a couple of concerns and problems there was no return call, and at this time I still have not received his call. Roving foreman countered the salesman statement on excess shingles purchased would be left on site. (roving foreman explained that even though the shingles were purchased by the home owner, (me), they would returned them to the store and they collected the money themselves. Caught them installing the shingles without installing the expensive water dam that was purchased and they had to remove new shingles to install the water dam. site foreman departed in the afternoon and was gone for a couple of hours. We provided coffee and donuts to the crew, the area around the coffee and donuts was not policed and it looked like a three year old was having fun, ( a three year old would have cleaned up). Now this was backing 2012, the two combined crews may be able to work together now and they may have learned to clean up after themselves by now. There are many other items to lengthy to write here. I would not use them myself for any project at my home.

Description of Work: I had an appraisal scheduled and after they were an hour late I called them. I gave them a chance to come back out the following day and they refused. I hate being stood up for an appointment without the courtesy of a call.

Description of Work: I was experiencing water coming into the kitchen around the stove vent and cabinets. Exterior Medics corrected the problem on my roof that had not been done properly by the roofer. I have not had a problem since this company completed the work. I would highly recommend them.
