They were professional, neat, prompt and had great communication.

Very pleased with the work that Elstan and his crew performed. From the time of estimate to start of work was roughly 6 weeks, but once started, work was fully completed in 5 days. Each day, they did a great job of cleaning up the job site and minimizing inconvenience to my neighbors. Price was roughly 15% higher than my other bid, but I think that the price differential was probably worth it given the quality of the work.

Elstan is a very personable, reliable and meticulous painter. He works with and oversees his crew from start to finish. He was patient while I spent time searching for paint colors and helped me with my final selection. Every day he started at exactly 8AM and finished at 5. The entire job was completed in about 3!/2 days My husband and I were extremely happy with the finished product.

The process was great. Elstan was on site all the time and everything was perfect. He made everything right, his crew was very professional, and everything ws done on time. A great contractor -- and he is a nice gentleman as well. I have just called him back to touch up some things based on other work we have done to the house. You cannot go wrong with Elstan.

On time, neat, we were kept informed, Elstan adjusted as needed as additional work developed which we had not expected. Overall a superb experience.

His advice on painting the entire exterior of my house was invaluable; but more so was his unflappability when changes, or unexpected items or events popped up during the course of the project. As a customer I found his positive attitude and open demeanor made him approachable and easy to work with as the work progressed. Not all contractors are this relaxed or welcoming of the homeowner?s involvement once the game plan has been established and work has begun. This specific attribute, among many others, makes working with Elstan Perez a true joy. Elstan Perez will do all my painting, and receives my highest recommendation for his exceptional work.

Elstan is simply outstanding. Every aspect of the job was superbly done: showing up on time, care with our possessions, surface preparation, attention to detail, responsiveness to special requests, touch-up, and clean-up. He was present for most of the job, and supervised his three person crew very closely. They were all hard-working, careful, and polite. Elstan himself has a positive attitude and is a pleasure to work with. He is not the most inexpensive painter by far, but I thought his prices were fair and consistent with the quality of his work. Highly recommended.
