A&M was great to work with. During the sales cycle David was well-informed and had good documentation and samples to share. He answered my follow up questions and matched another offer from a company with similar credentials. Roof was done in a day!

My husband and I have had the pleasure of meeting with A&M Roofing rep, Dave, in early October. We were immediately impressed by Dave's presentation of A&M's roofing product, service, and customer service philosophy from Day 1. Most of all we were impressed by Daveâ s presentation and his presence - professional, yet personable, and prepared. We appreciated the information packet about the company and pricing he left with us; well organized and informative. Excellent job. Dave didnâ t overstay his welcome, like the next contractor we talked with and his high pressure 2-1/2 hour sales pitch. Dave was also extremely responsive to our emails and on point each time. Just to be clear though, A&M Roofing was not the lowest price. It was Daveâ s total presentation, backed by A&M's company philosophy, product and service that sealed the deal. First impressions count! Also, a shout out to our terrific Project Coordinator, Kevin. He did a great job keeping us informed and coming out to check on the final install. When the day came for roof installation the A&M crew came early to set up and drape the house to protect the windows, siding and shrubs; and were done by mid afternoon. They were efficient, cleaned up afterwards, and our new Certainteed roof looks amazing! Due to the weather and the scheduling domino effect, our gutters were another few days. The crew installing the gutters also did an incredible job in only a few hours. Overall we had 3 estimates. A&M Roofing was only a few hundred higher than the third estimate. But one thing A&M had was Certainteed training and I think a master installer certification of some sort, that the third one did not have.

Everyone in the company, especially our salesman, Dave, and the job supervisor, Kevin, were professional, responsive and extremely pleasant to deal with. The job was exactly as promised, completed in one day with nothing necessary on our part. The company moved anything in their way (and put it back afterwards) protected our landscaping with tarps and made sure that when they left we couldn t tell anyone had ever been here. There wasn t a leftover nail or bit of shingle anywhere. And the price was $2000 below their competitors. I highly recommend this company

My special thanks and credit go to Haytham, Sales Rep. who took care of my needs from start to finish, in particular, for his endeavor to get my insurance company pay for the entire roof replacement. He is proactive and very reliable. Kevin, Project Manager and the crew of 6 workers were also excellent, who worked hard all day long and finished the installation, leaving nothing behind except the beautiful brand-new roof!

Excellent job. Roof looks great. They sprayed existing vents black to contrast white roof. Clean up was spectacular the yard looked better than when they started. Completed job in one day.

Great job on our complete re-roofing project. Job was invoiced as expected, no nasty surprises. The crews worked very hard and did meticulous work. Great clean up as well. Definitely would recommend Mark and his company and his team.

Mr. Willie Grady was our sales rep. He kept in touch through the entire process and explained all details. Kevin (?) scheduled the work and kept us apprised via email. We now have a beautiful new roof and gutters with a fantastic warranty. Also they did an amazing job cleaning up.

This is a first-rate operation. From TJ as the front-end contact, to Mark the owner, to Kevin on-site, I couldn't imagine a better process. The roof removal and new installation went very smoothly, all in one day, and the price paid was very reasonable. The product looks great! They stood out above all the rest on quality and cost when I did my upfront research, and I considered about 8 different roofing companies before deciding on A&M. I will be recommending them to anyone in my neighborhood or at work who needs a new roof or roof repairs..

Their pricing was very competitive compared to another contractor for the same product. The scheduling and installation went smoothly and the roof looks great. There was a miscommunication regarding the removal of my tenant's satellite dish--so I had to pay extra to get it reinstalled. Thankfully, it took less than 24 hours for their service to be restored. I appreciated the small discount from the owner for the mistake. That kind of customer service gets repeat business and a recommendation.

Very flexible. Worked with me for as long as it took until I decided what type of roof I wanted. Once we signed the contract, they delivered on time!

Very professional managers, installers and supervisors. I was very satisfied with all aspects of the installation of our new roof. I would recommend them to anyone.

Have a very complex roof--4 peaks and 3 slopes. A&M did an excellent job job at a competitive price. Not the cheapest but when you only have a job like this done every 30-40 years you want it done right. They did it right!! very service oriented and responsive.

This was due to storm damage. The insurance would only cover half the roof but we decided to replace the shingles on the entire. we chose A&M because Willy Grady's presentation looked to provide the best value. We feel we got good value for our money. When Willie found that the adjusters report was missing some items he went back to the insurance company and got additional money. The work was done in a professional and timely manner for the most part. However there was a small problem with a small roof over the back door but Kevin worked with me and finally resolved it to our satisfaction

They did everything they said they would do, with one exception. They didn't return in the Spring to seek nail debris in our planting beds. The roof looks good and this large job was done professionally in a single day. Home Advisor's cost estimates for roofing in Northern Virginia are extremely flawed (60-70% of the real market price for reputable firms), and A&M was well above H/A's estimate, but 20-30% less than other well-advertised firms. I would recommend them.

Good Job and good customer service. The management, program manger, and his crew were very responsive to my concerns and very co-operative.

If you need a good honest roofer with good prices or need an insurance claim, I recommend A&M roofing in falls church, va. They did an insurance claim for me and waived my deductible plus threw in 2 small sky lights. Finished the job in one day and used the best materials. They showed me pictures of the rotted boards as poof of replacement needs. The crew & foreman were easy to work with. They also came back to repair some siding on the estimate. Asked for payment after job was complete and they are still waiting for the rest of the insurance payment to come in. I'm very pleased with the job and feel I received a good value.

Top notch customer service and workmanship - highly recommended!In late summer 2019, we developed a minor leak in our kitchen ceiling, and suspected (rightly) that it was due to wear and tear, or possibly damage to, the existing roof on our home. While we had the heaviest bout of hail in a thunderstorm in mid-July 2019 that I've ever experienced during my 25+ years of living in Northern Virginia, it never occurred to me that THAT much potential roof damage could result from it. As fate or luck would have it, A&M Roofing's Willie Grady was the first person I spoke to about a new roof estimate for our home, the first of four different estimates that we eventually got. By far, I felt that Willie's honest and patience guidance resonated with my husband and I, head and shoulders above the rest of the roofing companies and their sales representatives that we dealt with during the estimate phase. Willie felt strongly that we had a case for hail damage to our roof due to the July 2019 storm, and he was absolutely spot-on in his initial assessment. He worked closely with our insurance company's adjuster, and got all of the pieces in place&to get our leaky roof replaced as quickly as possible, while shepherding us through the process of choosing roofing materials, colors, etc. On the day of the actual roof replacement, the roofing crew not only showed up on time, they showed up 30 minutes earlier, and began the job accordingly at 6:45 a.m. -- to their credit, the forecast was for temps approaching 100 degrees in the afternoon, so I'm sure they wanted to get the job done sooner rather than later. Also, while the forecast did NOT include rain, there was (of course) ONE rogue shower that popped up over our neighborhood, the only rain in all of Northern Virginia, about 45 minutes into the process of removing our roof. The roofing crew had about 75% of our old roofing off, down the bare plywood deck, and so acted double-quickly to get the ENTIRE roofing surface covered while the shower passed. All shower activity was over with after about 30 minutes, and the crew got back to work...and had the rest of the old roof torn off, any plywood deck replacement done, our replacement skylights, AND the new roof put on (along with all extensive clean-up!) by around 1 p.m. in the afternoon. My husband and I were astounded -- even with a 30-45 minute rain delay, this very professional roofing crew got the job done in just over FIVE HOURS. I cannot say enough GREAT things about our experience with -- nor give a higher recommendation for -- A&M Roofing. Our every touch-point with the company -- Willie Grady, Kevin (the onsite project manager), and most certainly the prompt, professional and courteous roofing crew themselves -- confirmed for us throughout the process that we most certainly made the best choice in opting for A&M Roofing for our our new roof. They should also be on YOUR short list for consideration for all of your roofing needs.

This is a great company to do business. I never felt pressured at any time during the sale or the installation. They waited until I had tree work done before beginning the work. Once on the job, they work non stop until the job was done. They cleaned up afterward and although I have numerous shrubs around my house, not one was broken or destroyed. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
