The technician who came here, James, was excellent. He has worked for the company for 15 years, does his job very well, and is thorough. Very customer oriented.

Inspection was done Tuesday. I was told a report would be issued Wednesday. It’s Friday and no report. Selling home and need report ASAP. I will call a second time today and consider cancelling my check if no report issued.

I used Affordable Pest to capture and release a ground hog under my shed. They were terrific about staying in touch and letting me know when they were coming out to the property to set the trap for the ground hog. Note that it was late in the season -- late October, when the weather was just about to change. I must have the region's wiliest groundhog around, because it was as if he sensed I would try to get rid of him, but he was getting ready to hibernate. I saw him on the last hot Saturday of October, and he was huge. Clearly, he was ready for winter. The weather got just cold enough for him to not be tempted by whatever was in the trap. Affordable Pest didn't have any control over that -- and they caught instead a big fat raccoon that would cause more damage to my property than a groundhog. So, I can recommend the company, but success also has to do with the life cycle of the animal you are trying to get rid of.

it is a bit too son to be sure mice are gone from inside house. Outside probably is lost cause since I have active bird feeder. So far, so good-no new mouse beans in pantry! Service very prompt & thorough. Technician (dennis?) also very pleasant & helpful with advice.

This company engages in deceptive billing. The tech eliminated the mice and did a good job. They need to get rid of the vermin in the home office.
