I found Matthewâ s Masonry via a Home Advisor search. His 5 star billing was spot on. Matt was quick to return my call, set-up an initial appointment and after we accepted his estimate completed the work within a week. Impressed with both Matt & his team. I would â highlyâ recommend anyone considering concrete work contact Matt for an estimate. You, too, will be more than pleased.

Matt and his crew were punctual, professional, effective, and efficient. They were concerned about rain on the newly poured concrete and decided to do the project in one day, instead of two. They even left us with some plastic sheeting in case it rained later on. The workmanship appeared first rate and they cleaned up after themselves. They even tried to repair some of the grass that got chewed up (tearing up the grass was unavoidable). Iâ  d hire Matthew and crew again and recommend them with enthusiasm.

My wife and I cant say enough good things about these guys. We needed a 40x40 reinforced slab with footers and 3 aprons. After going through the quote process with some of the locals and finding the whole experience unprofessional and frustrating my wife found these guys on Homebuilder. they were professional, courteous, and less expensive than the local unliscened handymen. The were even patient and reasonable with all of the "add ons" we had. They showed up on time, and completed the project on time. It looks great, and was definitly built to last! I only give 5 stars because they dont offer 6. We will definitely be using them for our future projects.

Matthews Masonry installed a flagstone patio with a brick border. The finished product looked great, the crew was friendly, efficient and knew what they were doing. I will definitely use them again and would very comfortably recommend them to anyone.

The tuck point job done was sloppy and very unprofessional especially for the high cost charged. I would never refer them to anyone!

We decided to repave our driveway with concrete instead of gravel, and the final project turned out great. Had to renegotiate the project estimate to keep it within budget. Unhappy with the landscaping "trimming" that took place as it was a bit extreme for our older azaleas.

They replaced and improved my concrete driveway and front walk. The job was started ahead of schedule and finished ahead of schedule. Matt and the people who work for him all aim to please and made sound suggestions for improvement. When I have another similar project, I won't call anyone else!

Matthew's Masonry did a great job, I do construction work but this was out of my expertise.Matt is a hands on owner who works side by side with his employees so he oversees the work daily.Matt kept me informed on the progress and the next steps as the work progressed.I had a concrete wall that was pushing in,Matt removed my damaged wall ,built a new wall and installed new drain tile .Matt cleaned up all debris,back filled,and did a final grade on all areas affected buy this job .I would hire Matt again for any future work that I might need.

I would like to come back and update after our next downpour to see if the fix sticks...but I have been having issues with a leaky chimney for a long time! No matter what I would do I would still end up with water in my living room after a few days of rain or if it rained really hard. It has been so frustrating to have to grab a tarp to lay down over the floor every time it rains and it looks great to, not!! After having another company come out, replace the crown/cap on the chimney and repair bricks and replace the flashing it was still leaking. So I called Matthew's Masonry per Home Advisors Recommendation. I scheduled the apt, they were on time and very nice. He inspected the chimney and advised what he thought was the issue, a small hole/gap in the flashing. We agreed on a price for him to seal it and reseal the rest of the flashing to be safe. It was a very pleasant experience working with Matthew's. Fingers crossed that we have fixed the issue for good. But if not, I would most likely give Matthew's another shot at reassessing the problem.

Awesome company. The owner Matthew "Matt" is a very nice and professional guy with an "old spirit" and "good old" fashion customer service values. I searcher and searched for years for a concrete company to demo my steps that had separated from my porch foundation. Several companies came out, never called again or gave outrageous prices to repair. Matthews Masonry was reasonable for this huge project. Thank you Matt!!

I hired them to pour concrete in an old shed, car port and repoint some bricks around the house. Matt and his crew did an amazing job that far exceeded my expectations. They were all professional and completed the work quickly and thoroughly.

He was punctual, professional and provided an estimate with a written contract on the spot. His estimate was in the mid range of other estimates. I chose this company because I didn't have to ask any specific questions (of which I had several) after he made his presentation. He explained everything thoroughly, step by step and what materials he would use. He also provided a photo gallery of prior jobs. He completed the patio in the estimated time frame and left the yard with little damage to the newly planted lawn. I would highly recommend this company and intend to use them again!

I know little about masonry work and Matt spent time with me discussing what needed to be done and proposed a course of action to remedy my masonry problem. After completion, he followed up to ensure that I was satisified with the results. I am very pleased with his professionalism and the work he did. I wholeheartly recommend him to my friends.
