Alan was prompt and very knowledgeable. He was also very friendly. He did a thorough job checking all of the workings of the furnace, gave me some advice on filters and CO detectors, and taught me how the system worked. He made one minor adjustment to the pressure settings for the LP gas. I would definitely use Harrison Mechanical again.

Rod was nice enough to answer my questions about a new unit and gave me prices to go along with that. I figure the time is coming very soon when the unit will need to be replaced and I will be going right back to Harrison for the new unit without hesitation.

The system works great and the installers paid attention many details that had to be dealt with on-site. Warranty is 10yr parts/ 1yr parts and labor. Technicians were very knowledgeable, installed wiring and accessories to my liking and tested the complete system, including my old furnace. They cleaned up the work sites and hauled off old equipment. I will definitely call them the next time I need anything HVAC or electrical.

Able to get appointment quickly. Problem identified easily by technician and repaired with a part he had on the truck. Have used this company's services more than 5 times for different units over at least 4+ years and have never been anything than very satisfied.They are always courteous, efficient, knowledgeable..... and fun to talk with! Would recommend this company without hesitation.

I was able to get an appointment in a very short time and one that easily fit my schedule.  The office staff was very courteous.  The technician called to confirm the appointment and arrived at the expected time.  He was thorough and informative.  He took the time to explain both the unit and the system while he was assessing its condition.  The furnace is in the garage and when he had to come into the house for access the returns and set the thermostat, he made an effort not to track in dirt. He completely answered all my questions. He spent the time necessary to do the work completely, not rushing through but not lingering.
The one thing that was not done during this call was filter replacement.  The technician did not know the size of filters my system requires before coming and he did not have a stock on the truck. I was assured that the measurements are now in my file and all filters will be replaced on the next visit.
I opted to purchase a yearly service package from this company which provides a seasonal maintenance check of my heating and cooling system.
I am very pleased with the professionalism and service provided by this company.

They were very curteous to my wife. They did everything they promised and then some. It took a few days for them to get all of the parts in but this is a minor issue. I have found a new HVAC contractor that I will use in the future. They came reccomended by my heighor.

Harrison was very responsive. The central A/C died during the hottest week of July. They came and evaluated the problem at the time they promised, which was very quick for what must have been a busy week. I was advised of my options, but recommended a new unit. They installed it exactly as promised on time, with quality work. They did not charge for the initial service call. I found them very credible and direct in their explanations of my options, the size of the unit, and the pricing. I would use them again without reservation. They are a small operation apparently, so I didn't always get someone on the phone, but they always returned the calls, and called when they said they would.

I installed fireplace logs and had them route the gas lines from the basement to the fireplace. There were some electrical wiring involved too. They have also installed my central air conditioner and central heat to my 2 story garage and did such a good job so I knew I could count on them for this little job. It was hard to find good reputable contractors, but these guys here were top notch.
