Timely and efficient

When the workers arrived in mid July they looked at the job and determined that they could not guarantee they could do the job. A decision was made not to attempt job. If it failed we would be out $2704.Really appreciated the men that came to do the job. Only truthful people so far.. Company promised to have our deposit in the mail to us by end of the week. 6 weeks later and still no deposit from them. Also can never really reach anyone in authority to speak to when I call. Next step probably court if nothing by end of this week.

The crew from Evergreen were courteous and professional. Joe Caruso was our point of contact and he was a delight to work with. He managed to get us in on the schedule early as we had unhappy tenants. The work was done in a timely matter. The only thing I wish was done better is covering the carpet stairs, it got really beat up with the traffic of going in and out.

These guys were great from the moment the entered my house until the time the completed the work. Last year we had some issues with flooding in our basement. The guy that came to our house was very helpful he told us why we were having some of the issues we were having and how to fix it. He wasn't pushy about the products. There is still a few more things we want to get done and we will definitely be using them. We had a lot of rain last month none of it came into our house. Some of the products are a little expensive but there is a reason they are very high quality. I wish they did more than just basements.

It is working fine. The only thing I would say I was not the most happy with was the cleanup. They left some of the items in my backyard including items with nails and stuff like that. That was not the best. All of the companies are pretty much the same price, so it doesn't matter who you go with. I would probably recommend them to somebody.

They did a very good job. There has not been any moisture or odor problem since their service. I am very happy with the work they did. The pricing was fair for all of the complicated work they did. Their communication is great, they have even communicated with the people that I am selling the house to, to reassure them, and answered all their questions. They explained to them what I couldn't have done. I thought they went above and beyond. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

It went fine so far as I can tell. My job was done only about a week ago so it is too soon to know how effective it will be over the long term. But the workmen were prompt, courteous, and seemed professional. The job took the crew (two people the first day, three the second) about a day and a half to complete. They offer a warranty on their services as well as the dehumidifier and sump pump. The salesman who "sold me the deal" was particularly helpful. He was always quick to respond to questions via email and phone. The price was pretty high, and I hesitated for several months before following through. But in the end it seemed like a good investment, particularly as I plan to sell my house over the next couple of years.

Everything went as planned with no setbacks.They worked in a crawl space too. They dug holes, poured concrete. Next day they installed jacks. They were courteous and very professional.
