There are two reasons why you should consider us over our competitors. 1) We have the best warranty in the industry. When it comes down to it, most companies in this business really are "about the same". We all run our businesses in the same manner, use similar qualified crews, and desire customer satisfaction above anything else. All of this while trying to put "food on the table." We wanted to be different than everyone else, so we put our heads together and found a way to be innovative and different while at the same time meeting the goals mentioned above. When it is all said and done, you are paying for service - not the actual product. Any fence company can install your fence or deck without raising an eyebrow, but their product is only as good as their guarantee. We decided that we wanted to be proactive when it comes to our warranty. Our one year warranty is the same as everyone else in the industry; however, this is the difference. At the 6 month period after your project has been completed, we will send a representative from our company to inspect it for any defects that may need attention. If there are necessary repairs needed, we will let you know that we will be sending someone out to take care of things. If that's not enough to convince you, maybe this will at 12 months - just before the warranty ends - we will do the same thing. We want you to feel that your investment is protected. We want you to feel comfortable with who you are giving your money to. But most of all, we want you to feel that you can truly trust us. We won't always get everything right, but we will try again and again to gain your trust. 2) We are a CLASS A licensed contractor who's first priority is customer satisfaction. "I just read the post here on Angie's List, and I regret the fact that I missed an appointment. That is definitely not indicative of the way I/we do business. Although I will not make an excuse, I must say that this was an absolute oversight. I did talk to the prospective client and set up an appointment only to not show. I honestly did not realize (remember) that I had missed the appointment until the posing, or I would have called to rectify the situation. To the client, I apologize and wish you well...I am still willing to try to make things right. Jason"
