The guy has worked with us for probably 25 years has been great. We try to do them seasonally to come out and check and make sure everything is working for the air conditioner and heating, heat pump. It’s just one guy, it’s his company and he’s always worked alone and he’s great. His name is Ed O’Tool, he’s wonderful. Punctuality – Remarkable, he’s great. If there are any problems they always call reschedule or anything, they never leave you hanging. It’s all very good.

I had to replace a thermostat that wasn't necessary to replace. He was going to charge me $200 for a $30 thermostat. He did however recommend that I get the thermostat at Home Depot to be more cost efficient. He has been out twice and hasn't been able to solve the problem. WE have had some difficulties communicating with him. Although he is very pleasant however, not very professional or timely in his arrival.

He did an excellent job. He is the only person that I will leave a key for. He is very honest and does not try to sell me. He is timely and you can get an appointment when you need it. He is just a great service provider. The cost is very reasonable.
