Motorcycle Service
After I had ordered tires for the Reflex (to prepare it for sale) and requested that they be installed, I was assured by technician, Matt Merryfield, (via service advisers Doug Full and David Kellam) that the installation was unnecessary. STOP TRAIN!!! I couldn't believe they were trying to save me money. Joe Ely, Service Manager, assured me that I heard it right. He said, "You're a valued customer." How often do you that? Believe me, I was happy to pay the cost of the Windshield installation. *i had a credit. My biggest regret is that it has taken me so long to write this review. Sigh!

The repairs were excellent and John Kirby, service manager, ensured that I was completely satisfied with the repairs. As a a fairly new rider, I have been thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail that the techs provide. I highly recommend Star City Power Sports as a place to go to fulfill your biking needs.

I was and have been impressed by the professionalism and quality of work exhibited by the service department which is ably managed by John Kirby. The sales and service departments of Star City Power Sports are outstanding. My relationship with Star City Power Sports began three years ago and They have yet to disappoint.
