Concrete Repair
The finished product was not a professional grade end product. There is sealed in hair, debri, and footprints. There are also uneven roller marks and bubbles across the entire floor. We have contacted her every day since the job was finished and she has not gotten back with us at all. Her contract clearly states that there is an expressed written warranty on the product and the services, but she is not honoring it. When you walk onto the patio you can see the different streak marks and debri within the sealant. When spending this type of money it would be preferred that we not have to cover it up because the job was done poorly.
