Steve was there when he said he would be there. Before he did the work he gave me a price. When the work was finished he made sure I was pleased with the repair. This is so refreshing to find someone who does what he says he will do and does it well! Steve and Kents Insulation are now in my phone book for the future.

Steve Jones was able to respond the same day. He did a complete inspection of the entire system and was able to recommend fixing the system versus replacing it. A huge savings to me. Extremely professional and very quick. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an honest craftsman!

Garage Door Installation and Replacement
I received my quote through Davenport Insulation, but received an invoice from Kent's Insulation with a remit to address in Atlanta, GA. Invoice dated June 28, received in mail July 9. I don't understand why I did not get a bill from Davenport. My door was installed on our agreed to time. A great job and they were professional and easy to work with.

Steve Jones of Davenport (a.k.a. Kent's) Insulating got in touch with me the day I sent an email requesting information. He came to our home the next day, measured our garage for doors and left us a brochure which showed us our choices for doors, windows, no windows, color, etc. From the time we called him with our choices to installation of the doors was about 8 days!!! This was a week and a half sooner than we expected - and they are beautiful!!!! Steve stayed in touch with us throughout the process keeping us updated. And the price was about $500.00 less than that of our contractor AND we had choices AND it didn't take over 3 months!!! Steve Jones was absolutely wonderful and my husband and I HIGHLY recommend Steve and Davenport (a.k.a. Kent's)!!!

There was a bit of a miscommunication regarding the timing of the appointment, but was early rather than late! I received a call from the company very quickly after my request for service. They were able to come out right away and fix my garage door. The spring had broken so I wasn’t able to get my vehicles out of the garage. It was fixed very quickly and professionally at a fair price. Great experience all around. I will definitely use this company again if needed.
