Jewelry Sales/Design/Repair
I had them fix several popped solders on a David Yurman bracelet. Their price was reasonable, but they didn't fix one of the solders, and it took at least a week longer that expected. I had to call the store after not hearing anything for two weeks, at which point it took them several days to find my request and get back to me. This is the only authorized repair shop for David Yurman in the area, which is why I went there. I would go back for another David Yurman repair, but not for anything else.
