They arrived according to schedule and were quick to find the problems which included splits in the PVC piping that ran up to the shower. They had to remove siding to get to the source of the leaks and replace the pipes. They did so quickly and effectively and gave us recommendations on how to insulate to help prevent future pipe bursts.  They were courteous and efficient and we were pleasantly surprised at the cost (which does not happen often), especially since we had another plumber out the year before for the same area, at twice the time and price.  We are very satisfied with Eades Plumbing and would definitely call on them for future needs.

We recently moved into a our new house and found out that both supply valves in the laundry room were leaking. After doing some research, I figured i can probably do it myself. After shutting the water off, I tried to twist off the leaky valves. Not knowing they were actually welded in there, I ripped of one the valves and was unable to replace it. Fortunately I removed the hot water valve and not the cold one. After shutting off the water heater and hot water supply valve, we were still able to use cold water but not hot. This all happened around 8 PM on a Monday. A few minutes later I found Eades Plumbing company and decided to give him a call. I called Jim around 9 PM and left a voice mail. Within a few minutes I received a call back and scheduled for him to come first thing the next morning. Once he showed up, he and his partner begin fixing the issue. They were able to fix the issue in a few hours. I will definitely be doing business with this company again.

He came, he worked until fixed, he cleaned up, he left, and I have been happy ever since.

Handled it quickly and completely to my satisfaction at a very reasonable price. He called to let us know when he would arrive.  Upon arrival he quickly diagnosed location of leak and proceeded to complete the repairs.  He was also able to recommend someone to dry out the ceiling to ensure there was no additional damage or mold problems in the future.  Jim Eades  is now the only plumber I use.  I have recommended him to others and always get a thank you from them due to the quality of his work, his punctuality, professionalism and price.

Went great had the old system cut up and out with out making a big mess. Got the job done in one day in spite of me adding to job scope. Great to work with.

We were replacing a clothes washer.  Installation requirements included having functioning cut-off valves where the washer hoses connected.  Ours were frozen from age and couldn't be budged without danger of rupturing the valves.  We looked for a plumber on Angie's List and were impressed with comments on Eades.  We called Eades to determine if he could fit us in so we could take delivery as quickly as possible.  We spoke with Eades on Monday and received a return call later that day.  We explained our situation and got some general idea of what the cost might be for the work.  He said he could get to us by late afternoon Thursday, which was great.  Eades arrived on Thursday within the general time period he'd indicated and did quality work.  He charged us a fair price that was actually somewhat less than his phone estimate.  We've since had Eades do another plumbing job for us and will likely call him to do further plumbing work for us.  We certainly can recommend him to others.

Jim and his crew did a beautiful job with our backsplash! Looks like a brand new kitchen. Got the job done when they said they'd get it done. All for a fair price!

VERY communicative concerning when he would arrive and was right on time.  Completed the project efficiently and cleaned up the work mess very neatly.  Very cost-effective for what the task involved.  Nothing but a good solid professional experience and would not hesitate to use him again.

EXCELLENT!  On time - took care to keep house clean - made suggestions, were just delighted with results and completed in two days.  Left water on at night :) and was less expensive than two others we called.

From, the minute I called to set up an estimate, Mr. Eades was so professional and dependable. He was  on time for the estimate and for the job itself. He did a beautiful tile job and was very reasonable. While at the house, I had a question on an unrelated problem I had with our sink and he fixed that while he was there. l would recommend him for any job and I will definitely use him whenever I need a tile job done or plumbing. It is hard to find a person like this to do a job for you. He put covers down to keep the cleanup at a minimum. I have no negatives about him.

Use him and I think you will be very satisfied.

Kitchen sink was slow dto drain. He ran a  snake through the drain and cleared out the pipe. he also found that the breather for the pipe was bad. He had one on his truck but he found that the new part was defective. He showed me where it went on the pipe and how to install it. I will go tomorrow and get a new one. This will save me another service call. He made sure that the main line going to the septic was clear. He gave me tips on some other plumbing problems and some easy fixes that I could do if I wanted to help save me money. He was very professional and I would use him again for any other plumbing problems that I couldn't fix myself. He had a very busy schedule and was totally booked up for the week but since mine wasn't an emergency he worked with me and was able to squeeze me in this week instead of waiting another week. I appreciated his efforts. I highly recommend him. His price was very reasonable also.

James was punctual and completed everything we asked within the agreed price range.  It took a little longer than expected, but additional supplies were needed during the project, so it was understandable.  The invoice was very detailed and itemized.  James took time to ensure we were satisfied and explained everything we needed to know about the systems and any applicable warranties.   We are very pleased and will use him services in the future and recommend him to others.

I called Eades Plumbing after reading reviews on Angie's List.  The repairs I needed were not an emergency so I left a message.  The owner, Jim Eades returned my call the next morning to set up a time and day to do the repairs.  The day was a few out at 9:30 in the morning.  Jim called at 9:30 saying he was running late on his previous job and would arrive in about 20 minutes, which he did.  Jim brought an assistant and they repaired a broken faucet in my garage/workshop.  He also looked for a gas leak in my heater.  He found the leak and tightened the fitting, which solved the problem.  Since I was a first time customer and Angie's List member, he only charged me for one job, rather than the two.

I liked the fact that he gave a precise arrival time, rather than morning/afternoon.
