He was referred to me by my neighbor who went to school with his Dad, so I expected he would be trustworthy and not rip me off either in price or quality of work, which can easily happen in this neighborhood. He apologized for not getting to me right away, although I didn't have to wait long, and it wasn't an urgent matter. I don't know how long he was up on the roof because I had Home Health here and he just went up and went to work and we didn't even hear him. He cleaned up after himself and didn't leave a mess. I have used him once before, I think 2 years prior and I will definitely use him again. I truly value honesty and not taking advantage of the elderly and/or disabled, his integrity is impeccable.

He knew what I wanted, as far as the inspection. But what he put in the report wasn't what he had told me during the inspection. He couldn't email me a copy of the report, had to fax it, which took a week and a half.

Danny was prompt and polite. He came within two hours of my call and quickly replaced the shingle that had blown off. In addition, he checked for any other damage and made necessary repairs. His price was very reasonable.
