I found them on Angie's List. The guy was out here in 10 minutes of me calling him. He was so friendly. The owner's name is Ronnie Wade. The price might seem high, but for me it was fine because he fixed it. I don't have any complaint, and I was happy.

Joined Angie's list after just using phone book and this business was one recommended. The man who came was very nice and knowledgeable and was in and out in about 45 minutes. He found a color absorb sheet blocking the hose to the pump. In the future I will put these in a lingerie bag to prevent this happening.

Unfortunately the company couldn't help me as they don't service LG appliances, but they called me back almost immediately and were very nice on the phone. I'd call again if I needed something else fixed.

Our refrigerator went out and we called this company. I called on Monday, and got scheduled for Tuesday. The repairman came and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He didn't have the part, but he ordered it here locally, then came back after 5pm to install it. He had us up and running very quickly! I had envisioned not having use of the refrigerator for days.

The service worker, Roger Wade, showed up on time, was very pleasant and helpful in explaining the problem with the dishwasher, and completed the work in a timely manner. The dishwasher has not had a problem since. I would call this company again for appliance repair.
