It went real good. He showed me what he was doing and explained it. He was very nice and talked about it all.

Our refrigerator had gone out over the weekend. Appliance Repair Service made it out to us late Monday morning as a snow storm rolled in. The service man quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it. The bill was a little steep for less than 20 minutes of work — about $160, including $70 for the part — but we can't complain.

He did a great job. He worked nonstop efficiently, professionally and cleaned up all
mess afterwards. I will definitely use them again when I need any
appliances worked on.

These people were great. The lady in the office was very friendly and helpful, and the repairman was very knowledgeable. They came out right away, and fixed the problem. The fridge still wasn't working right, so they came back out and got it going. I will be calling them in the future the next time I have a problem. Thanks again!

The technician came during the agreed upon time and fixed our range quickly. He even made sure to lay out towels to avoid scraping our kitchen floor when he pulled the oven out from the wall. He gave us great information about what caused the problem and all of the details about the warranty on the part he installed.

I called them based on a recommendation from a friend who has used them before. I called on a Monday, and spoke with a lady who took my information (problem and phone number), said she could get someone out the next day. I didn't get a call back for a whole week, so I called again on Monday. The phone was busy a number of times but I finally got through to an answering machine and left a message in the morning. I got a call back at 7 pm, stating she would be able to get someone out the next day and that she would call me after 2:00 (Tuesday). Again, no call back, and I left another message on Tuesday around 3:30. Still no returned call, I am going to use someone else. Very disappointed.

I discovered on Monday morning that the refrigerator side of my refrigerator/freezer was running at about 50 degrees. It being a Monday, I figured the repair services would be backlogged from the weekend. I called Appliance Repair service early in the morning and was told a repairman would be here in a few hours. The man showed up in about an hour. A second man came shortly afterward. They discovered the issue to be a bad defrost thermostat that was not allowing the cold air from the freezer to pass into the refrigerator. The repair was complete in less than 2 hours and the refrigerator has been running correctly since. The men were very professional and cleaned up everything before they left. I was extemely pleased with the prompt and professional service.

Fridge quit working so called Thursday evening a very polite and friendly lady told me they were booked and she didn't think they could get me in before the next week. When she found out that it was our fridge she said they would try to work me in because they gave refrigerators priority. She said that if I called someone else and they came and repaired it to just let her know so she wouldn't tie up a resource, but she totally understood if I couldn't wait. I told her that I had a second small fridge that I was using and it wasn't a total emergency but that I appreciated her doing that. She called the next morning and said a technician would be contacting me sometime that day. He called me about lunchtime and said he would be heading towards my house so I left work to meet him. He was waiting when I got home went in and checked the refrigerator and found it was a burned out fan. He had one in his truck so he replaced it and it started working immediately and I was back in business! He gave me an invoice which I paid on the spot and he told me about the warranty on the repair etc and was on his way. Fast, efficient, friendly, punctual, reasonably priced, what's not to like!

Excellent. I called the Appliance Repair Service number around 1:00PM on 9/25 and spoke with the delightful lady in the office. I explained what was wrong and she said she would send the repairman out tomorrow. We chatted for a while and I found out that this is a family owned business with her husband and their son doing the repairs. I said that tomorrow would be fine. She called back at 4:30 and said that her son had finished in the city and she would send him out if that was ok. I said that would be great. He arrived about 4:50 and was finished at 5:35.
This is the second time the Appliance Repair Svc. has worked on our refrigerator. In July, 2011, the son replaced a start relay. Same prompt and professional service. I would not hesitate to call Appliance Service Repair for any appliance service we needed. I am so glad we found them.

I called for information and to set up an appointment to have my washing machine fixed. I had a very lengthy and nice conversation with the person who answered the phone (Bonnie?), who was going to talk with a technician and call me back first thing the following morning to see if someone could come out that day (they were going on vacation the following week, so my date of 8/2 is approximate; it could have been the week prior). I never got a call back, no further contact at all. I was very impressed with the approximate price she gave and her friendliness, but the lack of followup has me going elsewhere for service.

It was a great experience, from start to finish. The fridge went out on Wed., morning and we called him right before lunch. He was at the house by 2:30 that afternoon and had to order a part. Since it was after 3 pm by the time he was done determining what was needed, he missed the order deadline for the part and told us it wouldn't be in until Friday afternoon at the earliest, and maybe even on Monday. As it turns out, it didn't really matter when the part came in as we lost power due to the storm that came through. He was finally able to come out on Thursday, July 5th (after the power came back on) and he fixed the refrigerator.
He was absolutely wonderful to work with. Prompt, efficient and extremely reasonable rates.

Ronnie inspected, assessed,and diagnosed our problem. He made every effort to find parts and solutions to our problems. He offered timely information and insight. We are going to use him again to install the appliances when they come in from our special order.

APS came to diagnose our dishwasher, which was not finishing some of its washing cycles,but was finishing others. I assumed it was a bad sensor that was killing the wash in mid-cycle. We were also getting leaking from our garbage disposal. The technician came very promptly, and after putting the washer through its diagnostic routine quickly determined that the control board was not to blame. Everything seemed to check out fine. He continued to run tests to determine the problem until discovering that the motor was overheating after having run for 20 minutes or so. Once the dishwashers problem was diagnosed he show me that the disposal was leaking through one of its seals and finally appearing from the bottom. After giving me a couple of repair options, I opted for replacing the disposal.He came back the following Monday and replaced the motor in the dishwasher and the disposal. I found him very thorough business-like, and professional. Definitely will use them again.

He showed us that it wasn't supposed to come apart where I took it apart to find out what was making the noise it was making. He put it back together and did a few other things to it then I put a few clothes in it and he ran it a little to make sure it worked.

We have had this company in our home twice now.

The first time, about a week and a half ago, was for our dryer. He came quickly, was friendly, did a good job, and cleaned up after himself.

This afternoon our freezer quit working. I called at 4:45 on a Friday afternoon. He came out within 2 hours (on a Friday night) and quickly fixed the wiring on our freezer. Even though we were causing him to be late for his own supper, he was curteous and professional. We would have definitely them back again!00
