As with all contractors, communication on when they are going to work was lacking. After providing a down payment it was nearly a month before they came and started work. We had to call to find out the schedule.
Once on-site we were happy with their progress on the brick work. A few days passed when a second crew did the trim work and pressure washing.
Overall happy with their work and will be using them again on another project.

concrete and seal the porch and walkway leading to it. I am unsatisfied with the work that was done
for the following reasons:
· Their contract includes a clause releasing them of
responsibility for any damage to the landscaping. There was damage and there was no apology or
regret expressed. Unfortunately, I
cannot make the repairs until fall and am left with tire tracks/depressions
across my lawn.
· The main complaint I have is the results of the
stamped concrete. I requested a slate
like finish and was shown pictures of what I could expect. What I got looks nothing like slate and there
are even sections of the porch that have no color at all.
· All Masonry accepted no responsibility for the work
that was clearly not done properly.
This is not a company you
want to do business with.
"(Removed members personal information) was given a color chart in which he was to select a color for his new Stamped Concrete Front Landing. We allow each customer to make this selection to avoid confusion as to who is liable for making such selection. We received an e-mail from (Removed members personal information) the day the project was completed complimenting us on our professionalism and illustrating his satisfaction with the project. He was at that time invoiced as the project was complete. The following Saturday we received a secondary e-mail from (Removed members personal information) illustrating his dissatisfaction with the project. We found this extremely peculiar. We contacted (Removed members personal information) promptly the following Monday to allow him to voice his concerns. He was upset about a small area on his lawn that was damaged due to an air compressor as well as the coloring of his new Stamped Concrete Front Landing. At that time I informed him that our contract is very clear in explaining that small areas of damage to lawns can occur on projects such as his, but we try to avoid such instances. We also informed (Removed members personal information) that since he made the color selection there was nothing we could do other than remove the Stamped Concrete Front Landing and replace it entirely. He did not want to take that route and promptly filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau stating that he would accept the project with a $500.00 discount. No discussion of a discount was had at any point in our 3 days of communication. He has since proceeded to file complaints with HomeAdvisor Pro and now Angies List. We have personally responded to each instance. Although we do not feel we were in the wrong we discounted (Removed members personal information) project by $350.00 in the interest of putting a potential time consuming situation to rest. This is clearly the case of a Homeowner who had to make a decision on coloring, making the wrong selection and trying to blame the contractor. Thank you for your time and I hope any concerns over our workmanship can be answered from the multiple positive reviews we have on the internet."
