Response time from Woodfin in general (not Trevor) is very iffy. For such a large company, I would expect them to have more availability, with better appointment times and arriving closer to the scheduled time. I would give Woodfin a C+, and Trevor an A

The service performed was part of a recurring agreement for annual inspections of our home plumbing, electrical, heating, and air-conditioning systems. We have had this service for several years and are well pleased with it. This review is for the plumbing inspection which was performed 1/2/18. The technician arrived on time and promptly performed the inspection. He provided a brief report of his work and suggestions for work that needed to be done.

Matt called in plenty of time to let me know when he was on his way. He arrived right on time, even in snowy conditions. I needed something replaced, he explained it and replaced the part. Matt was very professional.

It went great. Brandon arrived at the end of the window they had given us. He stuck his bare hand into the disposal and carefully worked at it until he thought he had gotten it all. It worked just fine.

Very polite, cleaned up all debris leaving no mess. The appearance of the completed work is neat, tidy, and much cleaner looking than the old system. The water pipes and electrical wires are tucked away leaving a better appearance.

Woodfin did a good job. They come out the same day as i called and identified the problem. Once the part was in, they installed it the same day. I'm very happy with the work Brandon #311 did along with Woodfin.

Robert Brown the technician was wonderful, immediately found the problem and most kind. But getting help was terrible, I began calling around 5:00 AM, no help came until about 10:00 AM, and four phone calls, I have been a customer for over 20 years, terrible answering service, could not even locate my name, said they had a new computer system.

Technicians were courteous, professional, communicative, and thorough, leaving the area as clean or cleaner than found. They had already retrieved the necessary parts to manage the repair and carried the proper equipment/tools on their truck so no time was lost. Very pleased Woodfin offered a solution to this problem within their realm of services and I did not have to search out a private plumber which may have taken days to weeks for an initial consult, much less a repair in such a timely manner.

Patrick, the Woodfin electrician who came to make the repair, arrived in the early part of the window Woodfin had given me to expect him. Patrick removed the front panel and showed me that the upper two screws had rusted through and failed. He said the contractor had secured the box with screws that had not been treated to resist rust. He and his assistant put the box back in place and replaced all four screws with galvanized screws that appeared to be slightly larger than the originals. He also added a screw at the top of the box. The process took about 30 minutes. I watched the entire process, and was completely satisfied.

The technician was on time but seemed frustrated with taking the fireplace apart, stopped and started diagnosing without testing it, said it was the valve He eventually tested it after i complained about diagnosing based off of experience. He found the ckt board to be faulty and put said i should order it vs them. I complained when he left and they said they would reduce the service charge from 79 to 50 and I agreed. Of. Course i received a bill of 79.00 and i called to complain and they did not have any record of the previous conversation... avoid this company at all costs!! Bigger is not better, it means more corrupt.
