The installers, Chase Leggett and Mark Stevens were very professional and worked very diligently to install my new shower.

Greg W was the best bathroom guy that I had ever seen. He was very quick and precise. I will highly recommend him. My bathroom looks great

Our experience with West Shore was fantastic. Our primary concern was having the job completed in one day and the crew was prompt, courteous and the work was perfect. We had an additional ledge added at a later date and the installer, Joey Kun, was fantastic. I would definitely use West Shore again.

Nikita, Don, and Garret did a good removing the old shower and installing the new one. after the work was done a great job cleaning up.

West Shore lied about the timeframe for payments to begin. They use a 3rd party company and I was told I had 13 months to pay before interest rates would start. I went with Greensky and they sent me a statement within 3 weeks of the job completion stating I had 6 months to payoff my shower before interest charges would incur. **Don't believe the financial advertisement on tv**

The men were very professional, polite, and did not take any breaks till project was finished.

Arrived on time, were polite and professional. They took great care with my GF clock and other furniture. Cleaned up as they worked and completely cleaned both inside and out before leaving. Tim, Brad, Jeff and Kemon were AWESOME!!! West Shore has also replaced our dining room windows and an old garden tub with a beautiful walk-in shower with handicap features for me!!!!

My wife and would like to our thanks to Roger and Tom for the fine work they did on our master bathroom. They were highly competent and professional during their time working in our house. The whole job was complete in about six hours and we are VER{Y satisfied with the work. Roger was super professional and friendly and had a difficult job at our old home, but got the job done. With Mitch and Tra they managed to take out a very old cast iron tub and put in a walk-in shower in a very small space.

Vorn... veteran (thank you for your service) and Danial removed a shower and a garden tub and installed a large shower in the place of the garden tub. The old shower area will become a much needed closet. That area was dry walled in ready for the balance of the work to be completed. The new shower has easy to clean walls that extend up to 96 inches overlayed on solid plywood, hand bars that will support >300 pounds and a custom made base to fit the area. They replaced the plumming and the company plumming inspector came to check the work during the job. Shower doors were installed for a sleek, shiny step-in shower. They crew of 3 work very hard all day. They placed floor coverings over my wood floors for protection and left the area clean.

I love my new walk-in shower. It is so nice not to have to step over the tub at our age of 76. We love the sleek look and the safety issue. Alex S. and Jermimiah B. did a wonderful job! So efficient!

Their daily commercials may seem like hype, but West Shore did exactly what they promised, and my sad 40+ year old shower enclosure was upgraded to a sleek and shiny step-in shower with grab bars and shelves. I wonder why I waited so long? My salesperson was knowledgeable and explained everything. The installation went smoothly, too. Everything was first rate, from my salesperson to the install team, but especially my new shower enclosure!

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Mr. Joey Kun. Very friendly, very professional, and he took the time to show me the things he did in separate stages and gave me great recommendations on how to keep my tub spotless from dirt residue.
