Really, everything went smoothly.  A supervisor checked the work physically and I got a follow up call the next day.  I would recommend them.

This company provides excellent cleaning services, and I highly recommend them even though their pricing and punctuality aren't the best.   Knowing that one room needed special cleaning attention, I talked to several companies before choosing this firm, and hired them knowing their pricing was a little high but believing they had the ability to do a high quality job.   They sent out a crew of 4 people who worked extremely hard for the full planned two hours and did an excellent job. 

The team leader worked on major jobs as she led the team, then also handled the one room that needed extra attention by herself.   Her work far exceeded my expectations!  The room was truly spotless, something I didn't think was possible.  The team leader was also friendly, very accomodating, and determined to please.

As far as punctuality, the company told me up front that they prefer some flexibility on arrival time.  I got the impression this is in case their prior jobs require more time.  However, the team arrived even later than the planned time range, calling twice with additional delays.   But this company is great if you have a flexible schedule on the planned work day.

I pay $186 every 2 weeks.  They are good.  I’ve had them for a couple of years and typically I do not keep a maid service for this long, but they are consistent.  They are professional and they’ve always done a great job for me.  I would continue to use their service in the future.    

They charged a lot. They had to come back. They were responsive and punctual. I wasn't satisfied with the quality of the work.

This was the 8th cleaning and it has been going well. I am pleased.

Very polite, but insane prices compared to the competition.

Overall it was a very good experience. Four women arrived and worked two hours cleaning the entire house. Missed a few things like cleaning TV screens etc but hard work was done and done well.

It was great. On time, professional, cleaned everything from top to bottom. Did what they said they would. No problems.

They did a great job. Several women came and they cleaned from top to bottom, the basement and the rooms upstairs on the main floor. They did extra for me as well. They worked steadily and did not take a break or anything. They continuously worked until they were done.

She is bonded which is nice to know if she should break something it will be replaced. She is a trust worthy person and I trust her with a key to my house. She will even take the dog out and bring in the mail if I'm out of town. She is just a treasure.

I had been using them for about 2 years, and the first group of women they had coming did a great job and it was the same girls every time. Then they started sending different people every time and none of them spoke English. When I finally decided to quit using them is when they broke a very expensive lamp and never told me about it. I walked in my room to turn it on and noticed it was broken, all the mess was cleaned up but no one ever told me about it. I think that was just pure dishonesty.
