This was simply an outstanding experience. Can you believe I could wait for the works of the watch to be replaced, other places have to send it out and then there is a 2 week wait. What a nice gentleman, and very skilled. He doesn't accept credit or debit, so bring cash or check.

A verbal estimate of cost of repair and time frame to fix was provided. I did have to call them to ensure the repair would be completed when promised. They immediately completed the repair and was ready within an hour of my call. Very pleased with repair and would definitely would use them again.
