About us
Project:HOMES will hold its annual contractor’s meeting on August 18th, 2016. The meeting will be held at our office at 88 Carnation Street, Richmond, VA 23225. At the meeting, we will discuss upcoming projects for our owner occupied home repair and new construction programs. Project HOMES will be utilizing 1.6 million dollars in funding in Fiscal Year 2016-2017 to complete 166 Owner Occupied Home Repair projects in the counties of Henrico and Chesterfield and the cities of Richmond, Petersburg, Colonial Heights and Hopewell. Project:HOMES will also be constructing 20 single family homes in the city of Richmond and county of Henrico in Fiscal Year 2016-2017 and will be seeking bids from framers, plumbers, HVAC installers, electricians, roofers and trim and siding contractors. We will also review documentation and procedural requirements. Any licensed contractor in the Richmond region who is interested in bidding on jobs for the upcoming year is encouraged to attend the meeting. Contractors must meet qualification requirements and quality standards to be eligible for inclusion on the bidding list.
