The closing was rushed, I had to be there at like 7:30 in the morning for closing. At the walk through the house had not been cleaned and I was told someone was on the way to clean it. Later that day when we walked through again it had not been cleaned or it was very poorly done. Construction dust was still on hardwood floors, fixtures, sinks, bathtubs and the windows had never been cleaned. When I complained and ask for someone to at least clean the floors they sent over someone who wet mopped the floors with the dust still there. They did a very poor job on the condition of the home at closing. I had a one year home warranty which stated they would fix anything wrong for a year from closing. Everything that I requested fixed throughout that year was done last minute, right at the end of that year. This was done after several requests and threats of consulting a lawyer.

They were well known for their great skills in building homes and we didn't have any complaints or problems at all, but it was only a year since we moved in. I thought it was too early to rate them any better or worse at this time, but our home is beautiful and we were happy with it.
