Able to finance through this company. Very professional and friendly.

I had 3 different contractors visit to quote replacing fan motor on heat pump. First 2 quotes were $971 and $400 to replace motor. Mid Atlantic was the only company that checked the unit thoroughly enough to realize a mounting screw was missing and the motor was fine. They also fixed a wiring and capacitor problem for a very reasonable charge. I was very impresses by the courtesy and professionalism of this company. Technical knowledge and experience is outstanding. This is the only co. I will call next time I have a heating or cooling problem. THESE GUYS ROCK!

Once Job began, the installer supervisor determined we needed additional larger ducts and an additional return as well as a larger condenser than initially contracted for with sales person. They switched out equipment at no cost to us and started installation. Job was complete and installers even worked to 8:00 pm the last night to get everything completed. The company employees showed outstanding customer service and satisfaction regarding installation being completed. They were professional and courteous and cleaned up all the mess created with initial start of project. Would recommend this company to everyone.

Over the past 1.5 years, I've had at least 4 HVAC professionals try to fix my unit. They all came and went, never followed up and never fixed anything. knowing that I've had so many issues, the owner of mid Atlantic PERSONALLY came to inspect my system. It was a tricky situation, but he came by 3 times to make sure he got everything and followed up after every time. He was incredibly thorough. I thought I'd never get this fixed and would just have to replace it, but he saved me so much money. thank you!
