Mr. [Member Name Removed], we want to apologize. We agree that your project took a bit more time than expected. However, there are are reasons why the project took longer. On the first day of work, you decided to add somethings that were not in the contract and that we did for you. This addition took a bit of time to complete. Also, our crew informed us that it was very difficult for them to work at a fast pace or more efficiently because of your dogs. The dogs where there all day barking and getting on their way, so they lost a bit of time because of this. Again we apologize for this. We truly think that the important thing here is that everything was completed professionally; we even have pictures of your project on our website. That was a mistake, because we have not done any work for you. I believe that you asked to have your home power washed and the service was never provided. I am sorry for the inconvenience, but I wasn't informed of such job. If you are still interested in out service to have your home power washed, we can do it as soon as tomorrow.
