I am definitely using Maid to Sparkle again.
so the house was empty when they arrived, and we asked them to start in the
bathrooms and then move to the Kitchen.
Our direction was to clean all surfaces including the inside of cabinets
and drawers.
We questioned how much soap residue was on the master shower
when they were done and we were told that they tried and couldn?t get it
clean. I cleaned it the next day with a magic
eraser and the works tub cleaner and it cleaned up easily. We also later discovered when we went to fill
our cabinets and drawers that several must have been skipped, and we had to
then clean them.
I would say they did an OK basic cleaning at best, but we
asked for a though cleaning of whatever they could complete in the time they
had. I don?t feel like that is what I
got.
The people that I talked to over the phone, were really
great and made me feel like they did their best to accommodate our
schedule. Everyone was great to deal
with, but the service performed was not what I was looking for.

Jonathan contacted me promptly once I purchased the Angie's List special and worked with me to schedule the appointment. I had just returned home from a yearlong deployment, and my house had sat idle during my absence and I wanted a clean place that smelled clean with which to return to. 2 people arrived and they worked the entire time they were there, cleaning cobwebs, dusting, sweeping, cleaning and scrubbing the bathrooms, my kitchen and inside the fridge (which had been emptied prior to my departure), mopping and even running the vacuum as they left; needlessly as a loved one had enlisted a carpet cleaning service a couple weeks before I landed home. Their efforts left me with a house that not only looked and smelled clean, but was truly clean. Between the prompt response to a schedule request, the fantastic job they performed, and Johnathan's repeat call upon their departure to ensure my satisfaction, I cannot recommend them highly enough.
