The company hasn't done the work yet. They only gave an appraisal for the work. They will be doing the work the end of August

Work was done on time and when promised. They were very courteous and careful. They also cleaned up after themselves every day. Would definitely use them again for future projects.

It was great working with Scott (son of Wayne). My wife and I started by just getting a bathtub install done and were so happy with the results that we had him come back out and tile! We were so happy with that that we had him come back and paint and install the vanity. It's nice working with someone that takes pride in their work and does what they say they are going to do.

They updated a large deteriorating tile master shower in my older town-home with an easy to maintain and long lasting acrylic shower. They were very friendly and very determined to do a professional job - from evaluating the work, informing me of what was involved and the options available, helping me find a solution that could be done considering my limited budget, and scheduling and performing the work as quickly as possible. They took the time and effort to continually trim the walls and base for best fit. They also willingly evaluated other smaller projects, including handyman type ones, that I hope to do in the near future.

Landmark owner Wayne Matthews replaced my ugly 1980s-style tub with a beautiful walk-in shower, repaired my badly damaged floor from a toilet overflow and installed a new vanity and mirror, completely transforming my guest bathroom at a price that was lower than a well-known competitor. Wayne has a trusting and friendly persona that made my decision to hire him very easy. He and his work crew were professional and considerate, and the quality of their work was superb. It will be worth your time to consider Landmark before deciding on whether to hire one of the more highly advertised bath remodeling companies. The father-and-son company has very competitive prices.

I had a selfy job done by the former owner and to say the least it was very improperly done and very poorly done. So it took a lot longer to remove the old tub. Even with that they worked very hard and took the time to make sure that everything was done properly and look great. I am so happy to be able to step into my new shower. That is large enough to bath my large dog, and close the shower curtain with both of us inside saves on the mess! I really love my new shower .

I had to have the tub replaced, We decided to hire Landmark to do the work. They did a really great job. Wayne would not say the job was complete until he knew that we where happy with the job. The workers where extremely polite and considerate. I now have a walk into shower that is really wonderful. I was so happy with the job I had them come back and redo my mom's bathroom

Customer kept informed through out the process especially when working around snow event. At the end of every day the area was clean. They took the time and interest involving the customer in decisions as to placement of accessories. The end project is fantastic.

Landmark Bath installed an acrylic lined shower in our house. They did a great job. The shower is beautiful and roomier than the old fiberglass stall we had. They ran into some issues while demolishing our old shower stall that nobody was aware of but they professionally took care of each issue to our full satisfaction. A very clean and detail oriented job. Great and timely response. No questions were left unanswered. We would highly recommend.

I had a small roof repair job and was having a hard time finding a handyman/contractor that would return my calls or just schedule a time to go out. Within minutes of putting my add on homeadvisor.com I was contacted by Wayne who referred me to his son Scott who did a fabulous job! I was so impressed by his level of professionalism and the job he did for the price. I would definitely recommend!

Landmark Bath did an outstanding job of replacing the original 30 yr old tub/shower in my main bath with an acrylic lined shower. The new shower is much roomier than the old tub & looks great in white. The cost for the entire job, which also included the installation of new commodes in the main bath & master bedroom half bath, as well as some additional small touches (new smoke detector, new bathroom fan, new shower curtain rod & rehanging existing towel rods ) was very reasonable. Great craftsmanship & a very personable interaction thruout the entire procedure. Highest recommendation.
