All went well except I was surprised that the air duct cleaning machine did not have brushes on it. Our neighbor used someone else and they had the brushes which to me would clean the ducts better by removing more of the  dust. This was first company I know of that did not use the brushes. Plus they ran the hose all thru my house instead of a machine that comes in the house.
Was confused but still it appears a good job was done.

Although many other non air duct cleaning companies use this cleaning platform, it can cause more harm and damage to your HVAC system then is necessary. Kohmar Air Duct Cleaning uses NADCA recommended cleaning techniques and cleaning platforms to comply with the industry standard of air duct cleaning. Kohmar uses state of the art cleaning platforms to comply with NADCA cleaning standards. We have found this to be the most efficient cleaning method and have been trying to inform the customer of more harmful duct cleaning companies and antiquated methods. Overall everything went according to plan. Contractor was responsive in all elements of the process. Work was performed quickly and with minimal disruption or inconvenience. Workers were very polite and cleaned everything up after they were done. Excellent service and experiece.

It went very well with Kohmar Air Duct Cleaning. They were very professional. They cleaned a spot on the rug that we didn't think we'd be able to see it clean. I think they seem to know what they were doing. They went right to work, they didn't mess around and the came exactly when they said they were going to come. They were very helpful and very good people. The work was good. They cleaned our carpet and they were much better than when they started. We got a dog stain and they cleared it up.

Outstanding from start to finish.  Appointment was made in a timely manner, and service arrived on time.  They were thorough,  and porfessional from the moment they walked in the door to the moment they finished.  Highly recommend, and plan to use service every year.  Even though I hadn't realized when making the appointment that there was a discount coupon, they were kind enough to honor it.  I didn't expect it, but it was a lovely kindness.

Jason and his helper were very professional, they showed up on time ready to work and used foot covers to avoid getting the carpets dirty. 

All the floor and ceiling registers came out and the ducts were thoroughly vacuumed. 

Then the inside of the ducts were treated with some chemicals to prevent mold, with Jason going into the attic and under the house and opening ports in the ductwork to spray all of it.

I haven't seen any lint come out of a duct since then.

Very Well.  They also advised on getting vent filters installed inside the house instead of using the ones in the garage.  Glad I did because I could see the level of dust in the house.  They cleaned all the ducts, very informative.  I may use them again for duct cleaning.

I gave them an B because their big deal purchase did not specifically state pet stains removal. But when they left and the carpet was still wet, I immediately took paper towels and blotted up stains. They could have done better. They were scheduled to come and cancelled out that day because of other jobs taking too much time. Then I had to wait a week or more for a reschedule. So I had the inconvenience of moving and picking up to get ready for cleaning for nothing.

We ordered service through Angie's List.  The Company called back within 2 days and scheduled an appointment for the next day.  They arrived on time, completed the job quickly and very professionally.  There was no mess, no fuss and so fast! 

I will definitely use Kohmar again and totally recommend them to others

We found them on Angie’s List. They are excellent. The vent goes under the house and out the other side. It is not an easy job and it took them awhile. I was very impressed because they did not give up. It was a lot of tubing that they had to go through and I do not think that it had ever been done. They pulled a lot out. They did not charge me more. They were very professional and nice and made sure that they got everything.

The deal was to clean, deodorize and protect the carpets. They did all of that in 3 bedrooms walk-in closets and hall. The carpet was light beige Berber and they left it looking almost new. They were finished with very little disruption to anything else in about 2 hours. They were polite and respectful that the rest of the house (bathrooms and stairs) had already been cleaned and they cleaned up well behind their work.  Jason kept in close contact with me on the schedule and even worked with the crazy weather we were having to reschedule a day earlier so we missed the bad weather that could have caused a delay.  They called to say that things had gone well in their morning appointments and were able to arrive a little early.  They were organized, got the job done and left the carpets cleaned and everything back in order.  The house was empty so there was no furniture to move.  I was very pleased with the results and with their polite service.  I'd call them again without hesitation. It was a really good experience.
