The designer in charge, Carrie Faulkner, messed up on several occasions. First, I had asked to have a curved shower rod put in. Without even checking, she went forward with the job and apparently in my bathroom the door will not open with a curved shower rod. I of course was unaware of this until the job was done. With them being the experts, I would think that she would have the know-how that this would be a problem. Another thing they were supposed to do was raise the cabinets. My bathroom has natural woodwork, and the apron beneath the window sill needed to be taken off by a few inches so that the cabinets could be raised. She did not do this either. I found the workman putting the tile bar in the wrong spot, and the grout they did around the vanity was in the wrong color. Not only was the grout in the wrong color, but they had to come back 3 times and did a terrible job with it. The toilet in my bathroom has broke twice and they have been unresponsive and don't seem to care. Another thing that I wanted to point out is that a woman who no longer works there is still on the automated message when you call.
