Neat, clean, polite, responsive, my bathrooms look new! Have asked them to do two more projects in my home. They do both restoration and new work.

Bert was the main worker and he did a wonderful job.

Bert arrived on time each day and was very professional. The only time he wasn't working was for lunch. After talking to me, David and Bert even repaired things that I had not asked them to do and at no extra cost. To my surprise the tiled areas looked new!  I was very pleased with their service.

They fixed crumbling grout in my shower and sealed the edges which were leaking.

They gave me several options and then we worked out the approach together. They did the work in one day and did a beautiful job, cleaning up everything before they left. The repaired about 50 tiles that had been broken and were loose in two large rooms. The placement and grout work was excellent, and then the owner came back later in the week to check on it and to seal the grout. I was pleased with their work. It was fairly expensive, but I thought it was worth it, given the problem.

David Morrison had previously assisted us with a tile repair job on a rental property we own in the Fan. We were pleased with GroutRX's performance, so we used them again on master bathroom renovation on our own house.
On our rental property, David came out and assessed the problem (improper previous installation leading to tile cracking and water damage) and provided an estimate with several options for the repair. He and his assistant completed the work in a timely and professional manner. The tenant (who was home during the repair) had very nice things to say about her interactions with the GroutRX team.
For our own home, David again came out and provided an estimate that included both tile and shower work. Because the renovation also included plumbing, electrical, and dry wall, David had to coordinate and schedule his portion of the work around and in concert with other contractors on the job. David helped us select a tile and grout style and color that worked well in our bathroom, and also provided a cost effective alternative to replacing the shower by using a treatment method that has made trhe original tile gleam like new!
Burt was the primary installer for the job, which took approximately a week to complete. Burt was professional and courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about tile installation. He took the time to explain each step in the process to my wife and I. Burt also worked extended hours, given the time constraints of the contractors working after him. Burt was extremely contentious of maintaining a neat work area and cleaned up at the end of every day.
Ultimately, we were extremely satisfied with the cost, service, and people of GroutRX. We used them in our own home, and would recommend them to friends.

I had a mold problem in my shower and no matter how many times I cleaned it with bleach the mold would come back within a few days.  I contacted a few contractors to find out what needed to be done to correct this issue and was told the tile was in good condition and that the old grout needed to be removed and replaced with new grout. I found GroutRX on Angies list and they seemed to have good reviews so I gave them a call. Dave, at GroutRX came out and provided me with an estimate to regrout the shower and replace the shower floor ( which I had replaced 2 years earlier by a jack leg and he did a terrible job). I must say how pleased I was, Dave was friendly and professional. He provided me with an estimate and informed me that the job would take 4 days to complete. We set a date the following month to have the work done. Dave contacted me 2 days prior to verify the scheduled job. He showed up on time, started the job, worked in a clean and professional manner and finished in 4 days as promised. I was extremely pleased with the results, my shower looked brand new when he was done and still does today, no more mold issues and the water drains as it should. I would strongly recommend Dave and GroutRX to anyone who needs grout work. Thank you Dave........

David called back within a day after my initial call.  He was able to come out first thing the following week to provide an estimate for the job.  Once we decided to go with GroutRX he put us on the schedule.  He and his partner were punctual all 3 days on the job.  They were both very friendly and professional.  David even took time to introduce his dogs to our 6 year old on his last day. 



We are super pleased with the end result.  He was right in line with other estimates.  We would definitely use him again.

David called the day before to confirm they would be there at 9 AM Monday morning. Arrived on time.
Every effort was made to retain the dirt and dust. Removing grout is a dusty job.
The whole job went very well and everything that was agreed to be done was done. The shower looks like NEW.

David was very knowable, professional and skilled in his assessment of what needed to be done.  He and his co-worker preformed the cleaning, re-grouting and repair work in a timely fashion.  He followed-up frequently  and final payment was made after the job was completed and I was happy with the work.

How did it go?  It didn't.

Provider was professional, described what needed to be done and worked during hours that were convenient to the center. The completed job looks great and we look forward to using his services in the future should a need arise!

The guy seemed to be honest who did a good job.  He was very knowledgeable.  He was very forthright.  He is pretty much a one-man operation.  Our whole point doing the work was to remove the mildew problem.  He got rid of mildew and then fixed the tile, so that it doesn't come back.  The price was reasonable.  The price sounded right and happy with it.  He itemized the cost basis.  The quality was excellent.

We used GroutRx for two other bathrooms and were delighted with the results but thought our master bath was too far gone.    Our bathroom had 20 years of hard use, resulting in missing grout, failing caulk, broken tiles, and mold that could not be cleaned.    We were facing a remodel but called in David first, which was a very very good thing.    After several days of work, our bathroom looks like it did when it was new.   Outstanding job!   And, it saved us easily $10,000 in remodeling costs.

I contacted David Morrison with GroutRX to obtain a quote for some tile installation after a previous contractor ran into timing delays - what a blessing in disguise that the previous contractor was delayed - David came to my home and quoted me on the installation -  he recommended some edging pieces that I hadn't previously considered - and I am glad that he did!! 
I shared how anxious I was to get the job done and he was extremely accommodating and actually contacted me a day or two later to report that he could start on Monday - they arrived that morning and the work began.  They were extremely conscientious in
protecting my floors and counters as well as my shower stall which was used for the tile saw due to being in a condo with no outdoor space.
David and his coworker did a beautiful job - the quality of the work done was outstanding and I couldn't be happier - after the job was done, David shared that there was a high gloss sealant that could be applied to accentuate the characteristics of the tumbled marble and once again, he hit the "nail on the head" with how good it would look!
Super happy with the job that they did, the cost was reasonable and the expertise that they offered was spot on - would definitely recommend them for any tile job!!!

When I first interviewed David about the job our Stafford Shire Terrier was in an adjoining room just ready to get out. I let Jack out and he went straight for him and they did the guy thing and then Jack was ok and comfortable with him. After making friends with the dog David looked at the job that my husband had left half done and we discussed what was still needed to be completed. Winthin a few days I had a complete list of what materials were needed (which I purchased) and how much the job would cost to finish.  The company is bonded but I stayed the first day or so before I felt comfortable about giving a stranger my key. If I had another job to be done I'd hire David in a moment. David was always very professional and knowledgeable. I'd use GroutRX again if I had another tile job that large to do. The end result is beautiful and my marriage is safe.

When he arrived, he told me what he was going to do and how long it would take.  He put tile in my under cabinet space over two days and left the kitchen clean.   I was there in the kithchen for most of what he did, and I was most impressed with his meticulous approach to everything he did.  His work tunrned out well.

David came to our house in December and January to complete the work, after coming by to assess and review what he would do.  He was very conscientious and thorough in his explanation about what he could do for us.  His attention to detail was impressive throughout.  His personality and professionalism were exceptional.  I enjoyed my time with him and found him to be fair and responsive to our needs.
He did an excellent job for us and I would heartily recommend him to anyone considering any tile or grout work.  Our shower, in particular the floor of it, was restored to a very clean look and the restoration of the grout was exactly what we wanted.

I feel that David worked in my bathroom like he was working in his own bathroom. I liked the way he worked in my bathroom so much that I have already hired him to work in my other bathrooms. My next job with him starts in January. I also feel David worked very h****** my bathroom and was quite fair with the money I paid him.

I had removed most of the tiles around the tub last year and then got cold feet about putting them back. David assessed how many old tiles could be re-used and how many new ones would be needed. He came up with 4 design choices and a template, should I wish to create my own design. He offered advice on decorative tiles and bathroom designs. He was quick to respond at the beginning and throughout the project, worked with materials I already had, kept on schedule, did not exceed his original estimate and brought his own expertise and artistic sensibility to the project. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat!

GroutRX did an excellent job. I started to work on the backsplash myself and it wasn't perfect, so they came behind me and cleaned things up and was able to correct my mistakes.

Matt arrived about 20 minutes early on both days - it was a two day job.  It took about four hours for each bathroom - what I was told to expect.  Immediate results looked great.  After I got a close look at the grout work, I noticed grout residue on several tiles.  I did not expect this and called the owner to take a look.  Tony told me this was the industry standard.  I expected clean crisp grout lines, so I was disappointed.  The bathroom does look much better, but I am still scraping off grout.
