Called emergency number on a Saturday morning and left a message, was contacted 10 minutes later and a technician was on site in 45 minutes. It was diagnosed as the mother board on the system being bad. Part was ordered and replaced by Tuesday morning. I have had them perform annual maintenance on both my A/C and heating units for the last 5 years and they are great. I recommend them to all my friends in need of HVAC and plumbing services.

We have used Foster Plumbing several times this year and have found all the work and the workers to be professional and the work to be top notch and very reasonably priced. Our latest visit was from Carl, whom we are always happy to see arrive. Carl is extremely polite and professional. He has a friendly personality and patiently endures my watchfulness of all he does, all the while answering all my questions and explaining everything in detail. Carl pays great attention to details himself, which I see in his work. His work, like everyone that Foster has ever sent over, is clean and first-rate. The company's dispatch is very friendly as well, and responsive. Earlier this year, we had a fridge water-line problem that was threatening to derail a kitchen floor install, among other things. Foster was great and had someone out when we needed them most. Some months ago, when I first began to use Foster, I spoke with some of the guys about the company. They liked the family atmosphere that Foster encouraged, how important it was to them to have a company that respects them and allows them the ability to perform at their best and do their best work instead of burdening them with unnecessary procedures and overhead. That's the type of company I like to do business with.

He did a great job. Was on time each of the two visits, first to diagnose and second one to fix. He did an excellent job in working conditions that where disgusting and was very professional. Overall I would definitely use them again and was very happy with the work that was done. He fixed it very quickly and efficiently and was happy with the overall price.

The installations went well and everything turned out well. We have used them for several jobs and will continue to work with them. They provided a call ahead to let us know they were on the way. We had an issue with one unit they replaced, the quickly came out and fixed the issue.

Went well. Took Robert about an hour. He was very informative and knowledgeable of work to be done.

Foster promptly responded to my call when I was getting quotes to replace our broken HVAC system. Foster offered portable AC units to cool our house until the system could be replaced. Jeff's professionalism is to be commended. He answered all of our questions and gave us pros and cons of several different options, in many cases suggesting that we not purchase certain upgrades that weren't necessary that other company's were pushing. Jeff was the only estimator to crawl under our house and inspect the duct work of our 20 year old system, which needed some repairs that he evidenced with photos. On the day of the install, the Foster team showed up promptly at the time that they said they would and finished the job the same day and provided a quick tutorial on the new system. They sent a quality control associate out a couple of weeks after the install to inspect everything and to make sure that we were satisfied with the job. I would highly recommend!

Called in the morning and they were here in a couple hours. Carl was great. Replaced some plumbing under a vanity in 15 minutes flat.

This was handled professionally and efficiently. We called and a plumber was available within the hour. The work was completed in a few hours. We will tell everyone about our great experience!

Took a second try to determine that the shower was also involved in the leak, since the two issues were happening simultaneously. But both repairmen were courteous, friendly, & professional. Response time was great!

Arrived on time, gave me an estimate; and started work once I agreed to the estimated price. Since I already the faucets the repairs were began right away.

Response was fast and friendly; the work was top notch! Removing old system and installing a new tankless Navien unit only took them a few hours. Crews returned a few days later to clean up gas lines and everything looked great. Supervisor (Jeff) was very professional and helpful.

I was having major issues with a new HVAC system installed and had to escalate to Trane directly since the contractor was unable to resolve the issue. Trane recommended Foster, a company I had previously researched, as the go to company for HVAC and plumbing needs. The service was great and the response professional. At first I was concerned that the price was higher than I expected but after I saw the quality and professionalism of the company I knew the money had been well spent. My only regret was that I hadn't used them from the beginning for all the HVAC work.

Provided numerous estimates for different models. Tested the existing system and handled a credit provided by the manufacturer which was based on a premature failure. We’re verybpatient with my many questions. Very professional and quite polite.

Great. The plumber showed up on time and did a great job. Was very professional and friendly. He was careful to wear shoe covers when inside the house.

FANTASTIC!!! Wow! I was so impressed with this company! I called Fosters last week, (I honestly can't remember what day), at 8 am. Our toilet handle had stopped working the night before. I was told they could get us in on that same day, and that we would get a call 30 minutes before their plumber, Curtis, for here. He came almost right away and by 9:30 am out toilet was working fine. They charged by the job, not the hour + parts so the whole job turned out to only cost $126.00. Both persons that I had contact with seemed genuinely pleased that we had called Foster's and both were very courteous and highly professional. I will definitely call them again in the future and would strongly recommend them to friends and family, and, well... YOU!!!

Guy installed and was ready to leave. We noted the covers for bowl bolts did not cover the hole all the way. Which left way for dirt and such to build up in the uncovered opening. Took a good bit of talking and went out to his truck and brought covers that worked. I also not the tank was tilted forward, and when questioned said they were build that way. By the tank begin tilted the seat will not stay when I use it. Also the guy was late coming because he waited until the day day of install to go to big box store to pick up and they had none. So he had to drive across river and back. We called that they needed to fix the tank and I found them to very resistant. Claiming we should be happy because we got a better than order toilet. I sent them pics of the toilet with a level showing it was not level. They sent out another guy to look who tried to tell me the tank was not tilted but levels show otherwise. He said the only way to fix it would be to adjust the bolts that hold the toilet to the bowl. He said he was afraid to ddo that becasuse his boss to.d him if he broke it he would have to pay out of hi d's s own money. So he tried to adjust the toilet so it would stay but could not get it to stay up. He promised that 3 weeks ago but they never called back and no one replied in 3 weeks. Both Lowe's and Home depot sat me tank should not be tilted on Kohler units and was a install So no resolution to their poor install and no reply to emails. I am going to should the Kohler rep the poor job people doing installing their

Curtis was kind, patient and informative in all his responses. He was very efficient. Anyone would like him. He is a hard worker.

I was real happy with them. I got a few estimates and I think they were real competitive with what they quoted me. They're doing a year of maintenance included with the installation. I had a good experience with them.

They did a beautiful job much better than the last time we had an air conditioner installed.

Technician came to my house, I was at work so I left keys out, and did his diagnosis which revealed his solution; clean the blades and take out a pound of Freon(R22) because there was too much in the unit. 3 days later, nothing has changed so I call Foster's and ask what will happen next, what sort of guarantee do I have since someone just came out. The answer was none, he would come out again and I would need to pay for whatever services were performed. I was irritated so I called someone else. When this other company came out, they told me the problem was that the unit was low on Freon and the caps had been left off which probably allowed some coolant to escape. He ended up putting 1.5 pounds of coolant back in the unit and it has been running great ever since. I don't like to jump to conclusions but I don't feel I was treated fairly at all; I also spent a lot of money which is frustrating.

Great. Could not ask for service. On time, very friendly and professional, above and beyond what was expected.
