1) Why didn't Eveready offer to replace a $25.00 capacitor when they were here?? Perhaps b/c their advertised service fee would then be waived for a $25 part?? I feel ER should have given me the option to replace the capacitor and then deducted the cost of the part from their service fee which they did not; and
2) I was concerned about a larger unit going into my closet when they reviewed their estimate (storage space is at a premium here). I feel that ER should have disclosed to me that smaller units are available but they don't carry them.
As a result of the above, I will not use Eveready again and would not recommend them.

At that first visit, I decided immediately to sign up for a Plus Service Maintenance agreement. In subsequent visits (twice a year), the service technicians have been very professional, thorough, and friendly.
At one of the visits, the service technician noted that the cooling coils needed to replaced. It was suggested and I agreed to replace both the furnace and air conditioner. Which as done at a fair price.

We were so impressed with the professionalism, price and quick response that we would like to do business with this company again. We are looking to replace a unit next year and will certainly entertain any proposal they can show us.
