At Cross Timbers Roofing, our goal is to make sure you have a positive re-roofing experience and as part of this, we always do follow-up inspections. Unfortunately, when you notified us of the continued problem, you did not let us on the property. We were not able to see if any of the leaks you noted were located on the portion of your roof we completed and that may have been caused during the roofing process. As mentioned, your husband went on the roof to try to locate the leaks himself, and unsuccessfully performed his own repairs. This immediately voids the warranty. Central Virginia has experienced an extremely rainy year and many homeowners have been facing roof leak issues and weather related roof damage. We strive to service as many customers as quickly and efficiently as possible and in the order that their requests come in. We had a multiple week backlog of work orders this summer and fall and were dispatching technicians for extended hours 7 days a week at the height of the rainy season. Unfortunately, we failed to achieve prompt scheduling and repair in your case. Please accept my apologies for the failure in communication with you regarding the extended wait to have the repair completed and that we did not provide you adequate notification before we arrived to complete the service call.
