Upon completion of two apprenticeships, one for the U.S, Army and his second thru The Richmond Electricians’ Joint Apprenticeship and Training Center J.T. Neal began his career as an Electrical Contractor. Perfecting the process of every challenge while executing the value of each relationship, a residential customer base was established.
